We felt very safe in the neighborhood and it is conveniently located to downtown Boston. The furnishings are in need of replacing and the bedrooms downstairs need a place to store your clothing so you don’t live out of your suitcase. The price for the rental was very affordable for a large group. "

"The good, Large House, lots of bedrooms. Felt very safe, nice Alarm system. And the Piano was very fun for a singing and having fun. Reconstruction in process. The bad, the beds, not good, the house is falling apart, scary stairs, the bath rooms are tiny and do not offer shampoo, conditioner, and conditioner. Could not find bath towels. The ugly - mouse droppings all over the kitchen. Mouse found in one bedroom, captured mouse and took outside. Let host know that there was a mouse and mice...

"The accuracy of this listing was correct. There are some steep stairs going to the 2nd floor. The main living space has enough room to seat 6 comfortably and there is also a large ottoman. The floors are hardwood, tile and laminate and can be a little slippery at times when wearing socks. The main room and large main level bedroom also have a rug in the center. The large bedroom which has 2 queen beds is a great space for a family. The beds were fairly comfortable and the bedding was good....
