The staff were very professional and made me feel very safe knowing they are always helpful and on hand at anybodys needs I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking to stay the night,week or month in a clean, quiet,safe,and comfortable hotel.. not to mention they have the cheapest weekly,and monthly rates around period......"

"Overall, the house and property were ok. My main gripe is that the listing states that the house sleeps 8, with 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms. The house sleeps 6, with three bedrooms and one bathroom. Our party of 8 were very uncomfortable at night because we had to sleep on the floor and sofa, which is ultimately not what we paid for. For a party of 6, though, this would be great."

"I was a bit hesitant to book a room at this place, but after reading the reviews I decided to go with it. The price per night was great. I was surprisingly pleased with the room. While the motel and rooms are dated, mine was in good condition, clean, and well stocked with things I might need. I’d stay here again."

"Always quiet and clean. The owner is super friendly, attentive and if there are any issues with your room it is quickly resolved. I travel for work in the area so I stay there often. Microwave, mini fridge work well. Never an issue with hot water. There is in house menu if you want to order food a huge plus. Nice, cozy, affordable, and great customer service. "

Quaint and Quiet 3-bedroom house in fabulous La Junta

Cute little house

"We came into town to watch my son play baseball. It was the perfect price and the perfect size for the four of us. It’s a very old historical house, almost nostalgic! It was very clean and had everything we need. Also the owner was courteous, kind, and very fast with communication. Was the perfect price for the perfect stay!"
