"Our family 6 came to the wilderness at the Smokies while visiting for a business trip. All the kids enjoyed the waterpark and the hotel's amenities! Our children range from 19m to 15 years and there were activities for all of them to enjoy! We come here quarterly and love it! I can't wait to be back for Christmas festivities "

"Stay was good, but hate, HATE the parking lot. Our building was at top right of property. We had to go up a blind hill and there was never any parking close to the building. Bed was comfortable but very tall. Hotel is older and has a musty smell to it. I loved the balcony and ease of riding the elevator down to the ball room. The staff was super friendly and I loved the drop and go for the keys. Would stay again for event or pageant, but not for just a weekend stay. "

Although I carry my firearm everywhere I go, it was nice to see the extra security patrol the parking lot at night making sure everyone’s vehicles are safe! "I booked this location for a bachelorette trip and it was beyond expectations especially for the price! Everything was clean and communication with the owners was great! It is a resort style place so check in with the condo was a little frustrating. Many of the employees talked down to us and could be rude. When we told them how we booked the stay they turned their nose up at us. Overall it was a great stay and I would book again!"

"After talking with agent early in the week before our arrival and requesting a 2nd or 3rd floor unit none was available upon check in and notes were in the system. Checked into a 1st floor unit: kitchen appliances were dated, carpet needed cleaning, after walking on it for less than 30 minutes bottom of feet were black.
