"The rooms were lovely, clean and comfy. I was here for a retreat and it was perfect for that. The staff was friendly, and very helpful. The food at the Prow, was delicious and the wait staff really go above board. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Sadly, the floors were not clean. They still had crumbs and made your feet dirty. The rest of the place was good and clean. Parking is terrible…first come first served. We were one of the farthest suites and had to park on the street, it didn’t make sense. There should be a better system for parking. Pool was great. Didn’t get to hit the hot tub…too many people partying in them. Rooms are very quiet, and a gorgeous view. Has everything needed in the kitchen."

"We must’ve been below the gym, because it was like people were wrestling until 11 pm and again early in the morning. Terrible. I tried to call the front desk after an hour of thumping, but there was no answer. Absurd we were stuck in that room. The hotel wasn’t very busy."

"Best coffee in town! I stay here every time I come to Jackson for the Boyd’s coffee, the awesome pool area upstairs and the gym has everything I need. =)"
