When we let the front desk know they didn't seem to care and said they would try and fix it when they could. Wasn't very helpful at all!"

"I was here for a conference. The food was excellent. My room was comfortable. They charge $14 per day which is unacceptable given the fact I paid over $700 for two nights. The fire alarm went off twice one night. The hotel offered no apology or explanation. When I checked out, I asked if they could honor the conference rate we were given. Because I booked through Expedia, they said there was nothing they could do. They did refund my parking. I suppose that was their apology for the fire alarm? I won't stay here again."
