Bit of a walk into downtown Banff (15/20 mins), but they give you a free Roam bus pass for the duration of your stay so you can get downtown easily. The bus stop is right opposite the hotel. "

"Fantastic location within walking distance to the downtown. There’s also a free bus service which will take you all places in the town. The hotel is very good and we received an upgrade to a suite which was nice. The staff are really friendly and happy to assist you. Happy hour and Pasta Monday are a must.I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be returning in the near future."
