"Very friendly easy going staff, nice quirky hotel not like some of the office block types. Clean rooms and public adeas. Nice breakfast can have it inside or out. 10-15 in uber from central station."

"A great place with helpful staff"

"Located close to the tram and ferry terminals, it was really easy to take the free ferry back and forth from the downtown to the hotel"

"Great location, amazing breakfast and the most helpful and friendly staff I have ever met! Also great to have free parking on premises. Huge plus: the most comfortable bed!"

"easy stay - check in & out is super smooth, right in near everything you need for a city break. comfy enough and communal areas super clean - recommended!!"

"Comfortable Hostel maintained by friendly helpful young lady. Each time we visit she is happy at her work. She is very helpful with requests."

"This is an economical hotel. Breakfast is good, like a small German hotel. The rooms were once nice but are now dated and in poor repair. The hotel does have a great location and is a good choice for an economical visit to Eriksberg. There are no staff other than the very nice breakfast staff. Check in is by phone in the unmanned lobby. The breakfast staff can address room issues."

"The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Also, staff was very friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend."

"Great breakfast"

"Great stay- wonderfully staff and location. "

"Very enjoyable stay, helpful staff, great breakfast."

"Stunning rooms with beautiful views. The staff were all super helpful and lovely throughout and able to provide great recommendations when asked. The sauna facilities were excellent (beautifully designed and functional - truly 5 star) and the heated pool just fantastic. Not to mention the food either which was sensational from breakfast to lunch and dinner with non-staying guests regularly stopping by for food and drinks. The island itself was so peaceful and beautiful to set the hotel in it...

"Beautiful place, helpful staff, great location"

"Lots of children but great location for public transport straight into city centre. Exceptional breakfast and the cafe has a fantastic selection of cakes."
