"The hotel is clean overall. Linen and towels are not changed every day. If you book in this hotel, make sure not be hosted in the basement: rooms are big and comfortable but there is a strong smell of mold and dampness. I managed to change the room but I wasn't so lucky.... I got a really tiny room with an unbearable heat. The day of departure I also found a huge spider in the shower... that was really scary. I advised all the staff (always nice and friendly) but they didn't seem to be shocked...

"I just wish the hotel had someone who spoke English Also the hotel supposed to have airport shuttle but it didn’t That was an other disappointment By the time I pay for transportation round trip and the hotel I could easily stayed in the Hilton or the Sheraton at the Frankfurt airport itself ! Oh well I learned my lesson "

"Es war sehr ruhig im Hotel, allerdings hört man die Hauptstrasse, wenn man das Fenster nachts öffnet. Einfache, aber saubere Zimmer mit Balkon. Rezeption war bis 22 Uhr geöffnet, wir kamen eine halbe Stunde später an, aber an der Haustür war eine Tel.-Nr., bei der uns sehr nett weitergeholfen wurde, an unseren Schlüssel zu kommen."
