"As a single female traveling for a work conference in downtown Nashville, I felt very safe staying here. It was within walking distance to downtown and I did not have to worry about parking lots in the downtown area, which have been frustrating in the past. The room was much bigger than expected. Breakfast had many options, including eggs and sausage, yogurts, bagels, waffles, etc. The fitness room is small, but sufficient. The night view is lovely. The massage chairs in the lobby were appreciated. The microwave and room refrigerator were a must for me. I would stay here again :)"

"There was a square cut out of the wallpaper just over the toilet and it seemed odd that would not be repaired. My mind went to cameras in the wall so I placed a kleenex over the hole and felt very uncomfortable and non trusting from that point on. The parking was $87.50 to park in their lot for 2 nights. Ridiculous. I used my credit card and this was the only purchase I had in Nashville on my card and after using it to pay for the parking, my card was hacked and I had to call to have my card stopped. Great for vacation, right? Wow experience and not a good wow!!!"

"Our stay was not good To much noise The hotel had mechanic problems that cause a lot noise with no sleep for us I told staff they said they would refund me 1 night stay And called talk Exepidtia and y’all only gave me the wrong amount credit,shorting me Why??!!! And I called and still not corrected Not happy about any on this!!"
