"Our stay at The Rise was wonderful! The room was a great size for our group of 4 adults, 2 teens, and 1 child, giving us plenty of space to be comfortable. The room was clean and well equipped with many amenities, which came in especially handy when our luggage was unfortunately lost and took four days to arrive in Japan. The team at The Rise was always so quick to respond and incredibly helpful whenever we needed assistance. The front desk team went above and beyond to help us with our lost luggage, and their kindness and support made a stressful situation much easier. The Rise is also conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Overall, this was truly a wonderful place to stay, and we would happily stay here again!"

"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. I’m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we didn’t bring any valuables with us and for storage we placed our luggages under the beds. We had to improvise on the way we accessed our daily outfits in advance. Other than that it was a nice hotel."

"This is a nice family friendly hotel steps away from Universal City train station and Universal Studios. The hotel is in City Walk Universal, and it’s the newest one from the few that are there. We loved the fact that you can buy Universal Tickets (including express passes) in a dedicated hotel lobby. This was invaluable because we loved universal so much we all wanted to go an extra day! I terms of front desk staff it was hit or miss whether you’d get a helpful person or one that would do the minimal but overall it was good as long as you don’t take it personally! 😀 Overall it was a very pleasant experience for our family of four which included a 10 and 5 year old. We would definitely stay here again, although next time we will probably try one of the other hotels in City Walk."
