"Breakfast was overpriced and it was a long wait with nobody acknowledging you. Rooftop restaurant / bar was closed. Valet parking price on the website is not accurate. It says it is $39 and it is actually $49 / day. still overpriced considering there is no other place to park your car...."

"I wasn’t interested in breakfast. Room was clean. Check in wasn’t good. Couldn’t understand the gentleman and he seemed bothered when I asked where can we get or order food. He took my card real quick but I had already paid for room in advance. The neighbor is filled with people that do drugs and sleeping all in the neighborhood. I like Malbec (wine) they don’t know what that is. I chose this place because I was only going for a graduation and was disappointed ☹️ "

"Front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating when I asked to be moved from a accessible room to a regular guest suite + super helpful with packages I had delivered to the property as well as answering all my questions about parking and getting around the inner harbor area. "

"They do not offer breakfast. The staff moves with no urgency. The room was clean but 0 replenishment of necessary hygenic items. false fire alarm that left us confused and no update from any staff either. Key card to enter the hotel after a certain time at night didn't even work. Staff worker had to walk up to the door to open it. 0/10. Our stay was one of the worst."
