"Hotel was very clean and equipped with everything we needed including umbrella that we can borrow. They also have storage lockers that we used to leave our luggage while we went to Busan. This service is free up to 7 days if you return and stay with the hotel. The breakfast buffet was delicious with Korean as well as Western food variety. Subway and bus routes are nearby. It was easy to commute to the many attractions around Seoul. The hotel is also close to shopping districts. There is also a convenient store CU and Starbucks outside and it is surrounded by cafes and restaurants."

"Very close to public transportation and centre of seoul. Very smooth check in. Clean and very spacious room. Very comfortable bed. Interesting decoration. Friendly staff. The lights in the room are managed via a central mischpult (either mechanical or via a tablet) which we did not really like. Water pressure in the shower is a bit weak. Floor carpet in our room was not flat. We had to wait for an ice bucket we had ordered (yes, you need to pay for ice...) quite a bit meaning that the ice has already started melting a bit when it was finally delivered to our room. Very good cocktails in the bar. "

"We arrived around 9pm, the staff was very welcoming & made check in seamless. We were able to get into our room in less than 15 mins. Every time we passed the lobby we were always greeted and they were always available to assist with any questions we had. Check-out was just as easy well & we were able to store our luggage as we went around before our flight. "

"Amazing hotel at the best location in Seoul. Walkable to different palaces, night shopping areas, right next to the Lotte department store. Rooms are nice, clean, and the technology is impressive. They even have 110V plugs (despite the country being 220V). I would stay here again in my next visit."
