"The hotel is in a good location. The hotel itself is clean and good condition. The staff are not really friendly, I never see anyone of them ever smile at a guest which is so sad since they are working in a hospitality industry."

"Property location is 10/10, which is the best part about this hotel. The rooms are extremely tiny, no amenities, the elevator is very slow and requires a long wait most of the time. The breakfast is on the 27th floor which provides nice views, but the selection isn’t great and the coffee machine had the “needs cleaning light” on all week. Coffee was undrinkable. Overall the hotel is okay - location is awesome, but otherwise underwhelming. "

"Arrived to a hotel that was booked months previously only to have to sign off on a NO heating disclosure. We froze in our rooms and had to request blankets which they tried to charge for. Room was also very warn with wall covering peeling and dirty scuffed and chipped baseboards. Disappointed. "
