"Very nice relaxing place. The sound of the creek flowing was beautiful. Just what you’d want for a cabin on the river, great view, fire pit, awesome hot tub viewing the river. Inside the home was clean and had everything you need. Highly recommended! Host is awesome too. Very responsive and kind."

"From the very beginning of booking the host was very responsive to my questions, we’ve been anticipating this trip for a few months. Once we arrived we were blown away, it’s absolutely beautiful here. Everything was clean, everything worked, beautiful setting and so peaceful. The host called to make sure we arrived safely which meant a lot to me. All the rooms were clean, everything you need for cooking, beautiful creek right out back to fish from. The fire pit area is amazing, I just can’t say enough good things about it. We absolutely plan on booking this again and bringing our kids who love to fish as well. It’s close enough to town for groceries (Walmart nearby), close to Blue Ridge and the train station which is a must do. Yet you feel so secluded here, it’s beyond peaceful. Our only disappointment is we can’t live here! We celebrated our 21 year anniversary here."

"Wonderful quick get-away with my wife. The house (cabin) is newer construction and was done with quality and great taste. With cool weather coming the porch & view will be very popular. This is only a minor point, as I suspect most people eat out, but the kitchen is somewhat sparse in terms of cooking utensils. Chose not to fish but the river looked tempting!"

"Perfect for a romantic get away! The cottage was very clean and we loved the decor. We had the most relaxing weekend. The location is secluded and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. There is a short walk from the parking area to the cottage, but we didn’t mind at all. The town with some restaurants and a great bar (Bar 21) is close by."
