"So much room! Three bedrooms(including master) upstairs. One on the main floor. One in the ground floor. You must climb stairs to get to the main living area, if that is an issue for you. Secluded out a dirt road. The river was about two feet deep and running peacefully when we were there. We fished and waded. If you leave this paradise , try Copper Grill for a meal and drive to Cohutta Cove for mini Golf and gem mining. "

"A wonderful cozy cabin with a great outdoor space! The basement is stocked with games and air hockey table, bunk beds, a perfect kids hangout space. Quick drive into town for lots of restaurants and walking around, great location. "

"House was nice and met the needs for my group, we had plenty of room and the deck area was great. We really enjoyed the hot tub, pool table and arcade. Kitchen was stocked with everything needed to cook meals. The listing was mostly accurate however the ping pong table was broken, the fireplace on the deck stopped working after first night and there were roaches in the downstairs bathroom. The "common aea" by the water was not at all like it was pictured or described. It was basically a 10 ft wide fenced in walkway to the platform sandwich between private property with nowhere to park a car making it unusable. Outside of the things mentioned, we would likely stay again, assuming the roaches are taken care of, which they indicated would be after I shared the information and they were responsive to my message "

"Where do I start. This was by far the worst VRBO experience we've ever had. Upon arrival the property was beautiful, secluded location with beautiful views. Once in the cabin we were so disappointed. Between finding a dead mouse in the living room, and hundreds of dead bugs around the entire house, but most of all collected on the spare room bed. The property was clearly not cleaned before our arrival and we had to sweep and mop the floors to feel somewhat clean. After being in the house for a couple hours and dawn turned to dusk we found two more live mice that my husband captured with a bucket. I will say the positive was the host fully refunded our money when we decided to leave the next morning rightfully so. We lost a day of vacation due to having to move which sucks as well. This house could be amazing if properly managed and cleaned prior to anyone arriving. "
