"The couch is really unsittable. Very tiny and broken. There a no lights in the bedroom or living room. There was no dish soap or paper towels. Location was good but a run down apartment complex. We got a very good deal on the place, so I can do a complaint. "

"Love to this apartment to buy the pool is not working but it’s still a very nice area to stay in with a cute little café across the street that I highly recommend!"

"I felt so safe traveling with just 3 girls and Sarah was such an amazing host! The property was so clean and designed with quality furniture. The pool, shower and comfortable bed were a highlight in addition to being walking distance to bars and restaurants! "

"No microwave, the place was not ready when we got there, bed unmade , dishes in sink, the AC didn’t work the first night, only 2 towels for a 3 nights stay. It was very difficult to get a hold of the owner.At 10:30 pm on the first night , the owner finally called me, I explained everything to him. He helped to accommodate, give us some of our money back and fix all issues, so yes he was polite and nice but I can’t give him more stars considering what we had to deal with . "

"I stayed at CitizenM in Austin and honestly, it was amazing. Super clean, modern, and the vibe was just right. The room was compact but really well-designed — everything felt smart and stylish. Loved the techy touches and the cozy bed. Definitely one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. Would 100% stay again."

"What an amazing stay! Julie deserves a raise- she is incredible at her job, and she made us feel extremely special and welcomed! We came for my 40th birthday celebration, and it was truly memorable. They even have gluten free options in the restaurant and cafe. The staff is also knowledgeable on cross-contamination, which I find is rare when traveling, and it was truly appreciated. The only thing I would change is the fact that our room was only tidied once during our 4-night stay, even when we called down to ask someone to come up. Otherwise, a completely memorable and enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this hotel! "

"We were on a girls weekend. The lobby bar was quiet and they encouraged us to play our domino game at two of the tables. We had a grand time. Everyone kept coming over to see who was winning and what the score was. We had a really good time and will stay again. Austin Police Department was having a gathering there as well so we felt well protected - not that made a real difference."
