That’s the type of people you need to be working in your establishment that takes time out to help the customer"

"I loved the hotel the only issue was the amount of homeless people in the neighborhood with severe mental illness. I got yelled at and followed a lot which made me not want to leave the hotel much. Luckily the hotel is beautiful and I enjoyed being inside. So the issue was not the hotel´s fault. The issue is the inequality and poverty in the US."
