"We had not been to the Plaza since after the renovations, and we were so pleasantly surprised. The entire facility got a facelift and it is quite a unique and magnificent gem of a hotel. We came from out of town for a weekend of relaxation and this hotel does not disappoint. The gardens are beautiful and bursting with color. The food was excellent and we slept peacefully with minimal noise. The staff went by out of their way to make our stay memorable. We will definitely be coming back!"

"The original room the cooler wasn’t working on. They upgraded is to an amazing room on the 14 floor. Room 1440! I highly recommend this room. Irene was a doll. She’s a great employee! We will return! "
