"They didn’t have keys to the room. Had to wait for someone with a master key to let us in...took a while. Also without a key, we couldn’t leave unless we propped our door open. Tv was a very old tube one that the picture was going out on. Blanket on top of bed was so thin we had to use our own to stay warm. Would never recommend to anyone nor will we ever stay at this chain of hotels again."

This Drury is in a great location. It is on the Riverwalk. You can’t beat the kickbacks that this place offers. We took our free breakfast to the terrace area on the roof each morning to eat. We also brought our free drinks up there each evening. It has an incredible view. We were surprised that no one else was up there with us. You must do this if you stay at the Drury. It’s a beautiful sunset spot as well. We enjoyed our stay here.

Recently remodeled 50’s motel that feels like an expensive resort with fire pits, an outdoor ping pong table, resort style pool, and bikes. I’ve stayed at quite a few expensive resorts in the past and this felt on par with the best but for a fraction of the price. It is a MUST stay. We had a one night stop in San Antonio and the Home2Suites was very nice. Check in was smooth and courteous. Our room was very clean and quiet. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, but that’s a minor problem and a matter of opinion. Breakfast was average but the cleaning staff in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. Park in the parking garage directly across from the hotel if you don’t want to pay as much as you would for valet parking.
