"This was excellent when traveling with family. We had a bit of rain so some activities were canceled"

"Always beautiful"

"The property exudes history with its beautiful lobbies, pool and garden area with outdoor seating. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Quick access to the Riverwalk, Alamo Plaza and the Mall. Being in downtown San Antonio plan on paying $47-$60 per day for parking, since the hotel does not have its own (neither do most of the other hotels there). We parked at the mall lot, which was only a one block walk."

"Good comfortable hotel well positioned in San Antonio. Rooms comfortable but inexplicably have “full size” beds that felt small. Cocktails and bar menu good but our experience at the restaurant was disappointing. Food mediocre and expensive, understaffed and zero ambiance. Will stay again but have meals offsite in future. Pool was good but zero service up there and ran out of towels constantly."

"air conditioning was super good. I was so cold but in the Texas heat it was perfect. Breakfast was mid. Staff was super kind and even gave me early check in and late check out without making me pay a fee. The shuttle was super nice and convenient and the drivers were really nice. My only complaint is there aren’t a lot of different drinks and snacks offered downstairs which was kinda disappointing. Also the walls are super thin so you can hear anything that’s going on in the hallway. Toilet...

"Very nice place!"

"This place is first class from the time you step out of your vehicle. The staff is professional they hold doors for you and the facility is outstanding. They’re doing a great job keeping everything maintained and fresh. The rooms are beautiful. The grounds are beautiful. The pools are amazing. My wife and I went for our anniversary and we will definitely want to go again sometime."

"Excelente!!!!!"

"The staff was very nice and helpful. Staff was knowledgeable of their job/role. Continental breakfast was delicious, but very busy and not enough seating area."

"I would rate this hotel higher except there were issues. The shower head leaked all night same as the beds at every slight move. The most alarming was the view outside the bunk bed room. It was disturbing with the trash, graffiti covering the broken concrete surfaces and the hole in the ground with trees growing out of it. Being on a ground level, this was disturbing. It did have Riverwalk entrance I would advise not using until it’s cleaned and cleared. Good things are the staff was nice and...

"Surprisingly great stay! I probably wouldn't have booked without the great reviews and having the option of a living room area with a sofa, since our teen girls are past sharing beds, haha. The breakfast and afternoon snacks were a plus. Loved the garage parking convenience with the elevators straight to your floor. Rooms were a bit outdated but still clean. Drury always made me thing of dreary, but our stay was far from that! The staff was friendly and definitely a great place for family stays....
