I had a great time at the hotel! For that price it was really good! The cornetti at the breakfast were delicious! It’s a simple breakfast with great coffee. The staff was helpful and really nice, especially the lady from the breakfast! She gave me a lot of tips for rome. The room was quite big and clean, the AC worked very well! I would visit again!

The staff was very helpful. The first room had air conditioning problems so they moved us to a different room. They moved everything while we were out so that we didn’t miss touring time. The rooms were cleaned daily very well.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Facility was clean but kind of basic . Wi-Fi was poor. It was in a convenient location, close to the train station but the neighborhood was dirty.

Basic continental breakfast but only bananas for fruit and 2 or 3 different croissants all with jam or icing. The staff there (at breakfast) was excellent. These are the same girls who make the rooms so clean. Matilda was my favorite although I liked the Nepalese girl as well. I think if they ran the joint, it’d get all 5s. Biggest problem is no one is ever at the desk. Leads to issues when you’re trying to check in. Leads to bigger issues when the damn door bell is being rung constantly! I had to take a Valium to chill on Sunday b/c the bell was being rung “machine gun” style all through the night.

You’re getting what you pay for! It’s cheap but comes with many inconveniences. You should know before going the toilets do not work properly at all, you can’t put any toilet paper in it or it won’t flush. The breakfast is located at the hotel across from the original one, and you communicate with the staff there. The actual hotel staff we only saw once or twice briefly, they aren’t even there during check in hours. AC is great, 8 minute walk from Roma Termini and decently clean. However, the staff are great people and make the experience better. Hotel itself the quality is poor

Air conditioner was a joke. The worst was the front desk reception, she is horrible , no manners and unavailable. We had to wait almost an hour to check in . Cleaners were good however they have been instructed to do very less. Breakfast was a joke too. Only good part was its close to tourist spot .

The room was clean and comfortable. It was in a great location. Near termini station, and with a few restaurants and markets nearby. The check in and out was easy. A little confusion on my part, as I forgot my room was upstairs, and the office is just an office. Good stay for the price, and great for solo travellers.

Basic, functional accommodations near Termini

There are several hotels in the same building, the desk for check-in is on the 2nd floor, breakfast is on the fourth. There is a small lift in the building but there are some steps from the ground level before you reach it.

Don't bother staying here

I was booked into this hotel but then got moved across the street to "Alex Square Hotel". The room was very small and a little dirty. The bathroom door had holes in it, the mirror was rusted. The entire room had exposed plug sockets and screws in walls etc. It looked like it's not finished yet The bed was very uncomfortable.

Um hotel muito simples, praticamente uma pensao, porem limpo. Excelente localização e oferece um cafe da manha simples e bom. Apenas que ficamos no 5 andar, predio muito antigo com varios hoteis dentro dele, e no dia de ir embora o elevador que é muito precario estava quebrado. Tivemos que descer com as malas.

O quarto estava limpo, porém acho que minha cama tinha algum inseto pq acordei com várias picadas pelo corpo. Tivemos problemas com o chuveiro que não esquentou direito. O café estava bom e a funcionária que cuida desse serviço foi muito atenciosa. Muito bom tbem o serviço de guarda malas.
