The room was nice and well maintained, besides a ladder for the top bunk that would not stay connected and the railing for the top bunk being loose. The air conditioning worked great and we were pleasantly surprised at how cold the room was able to get. The refrigerator worked well and had some juice and water ready for us to use. Packaged pastries were also provided. A clothes drying rack would have been helpful for us since we washed some clothes in the sink one day and had to get creative with where/how to hang them to dry. There were plenty of restaurants and bakeries within walking distance. Being located 8 min walking distance from the Roma Termini train station is very nice, but it is about 30-45 minutes walking distance from the major sites. With the heat, we ended up taking more taxis than we planned, which added up. Overall, we were happy with this rental for our family of four.
