HORRIBLE. This IS NOT a 4 star hotel, more like 1 check. There is no breakfast voucher or renovation to dining area as listed. There were dirty towels in the room. The hotel is poorly maintained. Bathrooms tiles are falling apart. One thin linen on beds. Power went out and elevator out longer.

Jibon the receptionists was a great gentleman, who had all the time to help in any situation. He was polite,caring and professional. Jibon was always there to help in the 4 days i stayed there. Was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Room was very small. No ice machine. Towels were very small and thin. Unsafe area around the hotel. You had to put in your room card in a slot to get the lights on and the AC, so when you leave with your card the AC turns off. So when you come back your room is hot.

Bad decision - misleading pictures of property

This hotel is absolutely not worth the cost! Once you get to your room, it’s nothing like the pictures, it smells, and the bathroom is too small for toilet and shower. The towels are like dish towels. There is no breakfast offered. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location for Rome Termini. I would not stay here again.

The queen size room didn’t even allow space for two carry on bags. The shower leaked outside of the shower if you turned up the water. The walls in the room were filthy. The window opened but had blinds that were chained shut so you couldn’t no see out.

DISGUSTING HOTEL. RUN AWAY. NEVER BOOK HERE. We asked for our room to be cleaned every day, and they either did not do it, or just made the bed, never changed the sheets, never vacuumed, never brought clean towels. STains on wall; hole in the ceiling where a fan might have gone, another hole above a door with wires sticking out, presumable for a light fixture. Just utterly disgusting place. You can do A LOT BETTER elsewhere. DISGUSTING

I don’t know how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. It definitely shouldn’t be advertised as such. Not sure when it was inspected by anyone last but it is more of a motel, not hotel type stay. The room was old ( which you can see from their pictures ) but clearly not well maintained, the bathroom was also old and dirty( soap scum on the tiles, mold/ mildew in the grout). If you move the mattress a bit the box spring underneath is covered in hair and all kinds of other gross stuff. The towels they give you are more like sheets/ table cloth. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Stayed at this hotel from 13 January 2025 to 16 January 2025. My experience - If I could give a minus 5 star, I would. Where do I start? I had booked a single room for the duration. This room can induce claustrophobia in people who never had it before. The walls are scratched and has several stain marks. Rushed to the reception and requested another room. The receptionist's attitude was rude to say the least. He demanded 80 euros to upgrade to a double room. It was 9pm and I had a long day. I paid 80 euros and he gave me key to the upgraded room. It was larger, relatively. I left my bags in the room and went out to get something to eat. Came back to the room, went to shower and I smelled human feces in the bathroom. I couldn't take it anymore. I called the reception and reported this. The receptionist came to inspect the bathroom. He was unconvinced and I pointed the bits on the bathroom floor, yet he still didn't seem to believe me. Then he said I can get another room, but I'll have to go down to the reception to collect the key. No apology, no politeness, no basic decency. He was rude and his attitude was such that as if I was lying. By the way, unless you call reception and report that there is no hot water, there won't be hot water to shower.
