We stayed for 6 nights . Stefano was a great host , the location is very convenient to travel all over Rome by train, bus, and walking distance to the colosseum. The room is spacious and clean . The air conditioning was great and the balcony was nice to view the city at times . I would definitely stay again. Thank you Stefano.

The host, Stefano, is very good. It is a place for sleep (albeit noisy) and shower. It is also close to many of Rome’s places to visit and in an area where good food could be had. It is in a bit of a rundown area close to Roma Termini. Decent value for the money imo.

This place is walking distance to the Roma Termini (train station), which was important for us. It’s accessible to the Metro line. Restaurants nearby. It’s in an older lower end neighbourhood. The condition of the place is fine, meaning everything works and is maintained, but it is dated. Host communicated well. For an economical few night stay to hit Rome it’s a place that works..

Clean room, air-conditioning was fantastic on the hot days. They let us check in very early (10.30am) which was amazing after a long trip from Australia and 2 of us unfortunately suffering from sickness.

Great location for a hotel in Rome! About a 6 minute walk to Roma Termini and to a metro station. We had easy access to wherever we wanted to go! It did have air conditioning, which was much needed in August, but it wasn’t as powerful as other hotels we stayed at. Stefano was very helpful and attentive. We had a great stay!

The rooms were clean & staff were nice. Property is in old Rome. On Expedia it says there are stairs. The rooms are on the 2nd floor, but there are 3 sets of stairs to get to your room. They are actually marble stairs & slick. That meant every time you went somewhere you had to do the stairs. I am older, but thankfully I had my 2 grandchildren in their 30s with me. I couldn’t have handled the luggage without them.

We had a fantastic stay! Even though we arrived late around 10:00 PM, the host made check-in completely seamless. He was incredibly friendly, and remarkably responsive. The room was very clean, exceptionally comfortable, and immaculate in every detail. It had everything we needed for a relaxing, hassle-free trip. I couldn't have asked for a better host or accommodation. Highly recommended, and we would love to stay here again!

Our flight arrived at 6am, so we were very early for check-in. Pedro, the building manager, was super helpful with our luggage! We had a great stay. The location is perfect for the historical landmarks, and we had a good, short stay.

The check-in window is quite small & because we were exhausted by very little sleep on an overnight flight, it was painful. However, that was the only hiccup. The room was comfortable, Steffan was very kind, and lots to do in this off the beaten path spot. Very quiet at night & less than a 10 minute walk to termini.

Everything was fine with the room and had no problems. Location was convenient as it is about 20 minutes walk to colloseum and similar. Also short walk from termini where we got bus and train on occasions. But still far away enough to feel quiet and safe
