I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. The shower in my room was broken, and despite multiple complaints, it was never fixed during my stay. The towels were not changed, and the room was not properly cleaned. The lack of attention to these basic amenities is unacceptable. The service was also disappointing, with staff members showing little concern for guest satisfaction. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel if you value good service and a comfortable stay.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Big Bang Hotel during our visit in Rome. It is conveniently a close walk to the Roma Termini transport terminal and Repubblica Metro station. There are quite a few restaurants to choose from in the area. Staff were also very helpful and informative, over all a decent place to rest for a reasonable price.

Property manager is so kind and let us check in early. It was super clean and the beds are comfortable. It’s Simple room / minimal amenities but very budget friendly and clean. It’s great that close by Roma termini station ( 5 min walking distance)
