Located at the back of Rome termini. Very near walk to Vittorio Emmanuel subway. The room and bathroom are cleaned everyday. The staff very helpful. The rooms are accessible by stairs.

This was a last minute booking because I got stuck due to train strike (missed the last one running North). Staff was good and it was very clean, but bed was very soft / bouncy and there was quite a bit of noise.

It is within easy walking distance to Roma Termini, the main hub of trains and buses in Rome. The staff were very friendly and helpful in letting us checking in early so we can leave our luggage there before going Vatican City, a few metro stops away. The room was cleaned and serviced every day. Decent place to stay for a couple nights.

Hotel is clean and very responsive staff . There were homeless people on the street close to the hotel , although it’s very close to the termini station , I wouldn’t walk by myself when it’s dark

Great value for staying in Rome downtown. Walking distance (12-19 minutes) from some landmarks, super close to 24hr parking, Termini and food market. Very clean room, good bedsheets, conveniently dark and quiet bedrooms. No luxury- just a clean, safe and convenient place to stay in Rome. I recommend for couples, not so much for families.

Hotel is very clean and great condition, everything is clean, every day replace sheets and towels, the exterior of the hotel and neighborhood don’t look good, but interior is nice, front desk nice and friendly, very accessible to transportation bus, train areas to eat, i will highly recommend this place, will have on my main fir my next trip to Rome

Convenient, close to Metro or walk to Colosseum, Vatican, close to train station Termini for airport or to Florence, Venice, Naples, etc. at night would take taxi from Terminal despite very short walk, or ok to walk if a bigger group as is a bit sketchy at night

3-night stay, great price and location; Vittorio Emmanuele Metro right nearby, as is the main train station for easy connection to Fiumicino. The hotel was clean & simple (maybe a few dust bunnies under the beds if I’m being picky), but exactly as hoped for the price paid. AC great (needed for July!!), great wifi. Shower temperature sometimes a little temperamental, but no big deal; didn’t mind a cold blast after a hot day exploring! Staff super nice & helpful too.

Location of property is fantastic for train travel, tough to check in as parking is around the corner and not identified as such. Small price to pay... would stay here AGAIN! 15 min walk to the coliseum. Great coffee and pasty place around the corner for bfast!

2 steps from Termini

Perfect for a one night stay if you have to be at Termini to get to the airport early. Otherwise for the price we would defenitly stay elsewhere because the neighborhood close to the train station is a little sketch. Regardless we felt safe at the hotel with its 24hr staff.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. The staff are excellent, especially Julia. Breakfast is fantastic and they bring it to your room at the time you specify. A C worked very well. The hotel is very close to everything, especially the main train station, but I dont recommend walking alone after 10 PM. They cleaned the room very well everyday. My only problem was that we had to check out early so we left our bags to see a big church. When we came back we asked to use the bathroom and they said it is for staff only. Not a nice attitude when you have children.

It was good overall. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They are the reason the hotel is as good as it is. The location is good, about a two minute walk from the east part of Termini. It’s close to many tourist areas of Rome, restaurants, shops, etc. Breakfast was nice and brought to the room every day. My main issues were the air conditioning and the noise. The air conditioner is hiding in a corner and doesn’t reach parts of the room, which is a small room to begin with so that shouldn’t be an issue. It was just me in the room, otherwise there is no way two people would be comfortable with the temperature of the room. They were also renovating the hotel while I was there. The noise was over the top, pretty much the entire time I was there. Granted, it was during the day and not at night but it went on past 7pm every day without notice.
