For the price this room was definitely not worth it. The “continental breakfast” in the morning was a coffee and a croissant. The room charged an extra €10 a night for air conditioning; it is extremely humid in Rome during the summer so it was difficult to be in the room without it. Also, if you open the windows then you will be swarmed by mosquitos, and I managed to be bitten in places I won’t even repeat. The mattress was really hard. Overall, I found it very difficult to sleep at this hotel for all three nights and I felt really uncomfortable, but it was available and close to the train station so…

séjour de 5 nuits. hôtel très bien situé à coté de la gare (environ 8 minutes à pied). Quartier calme et beaucoup de restaurants pour le soir ce qui évite de repartir loin de l 'hôtel après de grosses journées de marche. Personnel très sympathique et accueillant. Quelques phrases en français échangées, c'est agréable. Le petit déjeuner est servi dans la chambre et est copieux. Et la literie est très confortable ce qui permet de bien récupérer après les grosses journées.

I couldn't even contact the hotel by email. I had problems with my flight and had to arrive the next day instead. I had to pay for a room that I didn't even use and was not even able to book a room for the next day because the hotel would not even respond. I had also emailed them much earlier on and had not even gotten a reply, even though it was already some weeks ago. This is very bad service.

Excellent service et très accueillant.

L'emplacement est excellent. Proche du terminus de train et trésors pratiques. Nous étions arrivés vers 13h30 et la chambre n'était pas prête mais la receptionniste nous permettait de laisser nos valises à une place sécuritaire. Lorsque nous sommes entrés vers 20h30. Nos valises étaient dans notre chambre et tout était parfait.

Um bom hotel a quatro quarteirões de termini. Pontos positivos: delicioso café da manhã (breakfast) que é levado ao quarto / simpátia dos funcionários. Pontos negativos: Ausência de tomadas no quarto (apenas uma) / elevador pitoresco que cabe uma ou duas pessoas, o qual nem preferi usar.
