I did not realize that this is an air b&b. The room is tiny and the shower is extremely tiny. You have to get out of the shower to turn around and get back into the shower. The breakfast provided is a bunch of pre packaged croissants and some bread. I wouldn't stay here again. The staff, Stefania is very good though.

Stephanae the best host ever!!

Very clean apartments, Good Breakfast, Centrally located in Rome and good view of the Hills to summarise our stay at this place!! Stephanae was very warm and went the extra mile in providing us with all we needed during our stay and helped us with good info about Rome as well!

Pas de reception, se qui pose problème Lorsqu'on arrive tard. Ou en cas de demande de renseignement. A l'arrivée il faut payer l'eau et l'électricité. C'est bien la première fois qu'on me demande ca. Le petit dej (compris dans le prix)se fait dans la chambre avec des céréales du pain et de la confiture. Salle de bain et toilettes a partager avec le paliers d'à côté. Les serviettes de bain sont changés 1x dans le sejours

Un très bon rapport qualité/prix !!!!

Accueil très agréable, Stefania a été souriante et, sans être trop présente, régulièrement là pour répondre à nos éventuelles demandes, très serviable. La chambre est un peu loin du centre historique à pied, mais l'arrêt de bus Grimaldi est à 5 minutes, et permet de rallier le centre en 15-20 minutes. Les chambres sont propres, bien équipées, et l'accès à la cuisine est plutôt pratique, d'autant plus qu'il y a au moins deux supermarchés dans un rayon de 500 mètres. La terrasse est très appréciable.

Nice B&B well located and very friendly staff

The B&B is located just outside of Rome, well connected to the city by bus or tram. Zona is safe to walk. The room is provided with everything you need, comfortable bed, your own barhroom, AC, TV, terrace, kitchen (shared with next room), HD, iron. The staff is their best point because is vey kind and attentive, explaining everything you need to know

Perfect for families.

We were a family of 4, 2 Adults 2 kids. Stephania was super helpful. She stayed late,10pm, to check us in. The hotel made arrangements to have a private car pick us up at the airport(€60), and then another to return us. We left at 00:30, Stephania came to see us off and make sure we were up. The whole experience made us feel like we were staying with family. We highly recommend this B&B.

Polecam na krótki wypad do Rzymu

Miejce bardzo dobre na krótki wypad do Rzymu. Miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum.Obsługa bardzo miła.Śniadanie typowo włoskie,czyli kruche ciasteczka,croissanty,dżem,suchary,krakersy. Leżą na stole w pokoju,codziennie są uzupełniane. We wspólnej kuchni dostępna kawa, herbata, mleko,jogurty,masło. Kuchnia w pełni wyposażona. Miałam pokój 2 osobowy na 4 piętrze bez tarasu. Był tv bardzo dobre wi-fi. Mieszkanie wymaga odświeżenia (remontu),ale jest czysto i na krótki wypad nie jest to przeszkodą. Zameldowalam się ok 1 w nocy i za tak późne zsmeldowanie uiscilam opłatę 20€. Pokój codziennie sprzatany. Ogólnie polecam,bo mieszkanie znajduje się w sppkojnej dzielnicy,z której bez przesiadek jednym autobusem dojedzie się do Placu Weneckiego skąd już blisko do najważniejszych zabytków.Polecam.

Die Unterkunft besteht aus zwei getrennten Wohnungen und einer Küche, die gemeinsam benutzt werden kann. Stefania - das Zimmermädchen - spricht ein wenig Englisch. Sie stellt das Frühstück bereit und macht die Betten. Handtuchwechsel nicht jeden Tag. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, das Frühstück einfach. Aber zu dem Preis in Ordnung. Zur Innenstadt sind es ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Bus.

Stanza con tutti i comfort in zona ben servita

Il personale è molto disponibile, la stanza offre tutto quello che serve, dall'asciugacapelli alla cucina fornita di tutto ciò che occorre. L'appartamento è molto carino ma soprattutto ha una splendida terrazza da cui si vede tutta la zona che è ben servita dai mezzi pubblici e consente di raggiungere il centro in breve tempo. Had a nice experience in la voliera, stayed here for a week. Bed was just a little hard for us, but it was oké. Room was smal but enough room for 2. Nice and clean!

Meget fin lille B&B ca. 5 km. fra Rom centrum. Meget tjekket omkring info, ankomst, dialog. Udførlig gennemgang af værelsets faciliteter. Imødekommenhed og venlighed. Præcise overholdelser af møde aftaler ved ankomst. Dejlig tagterrasse med en ok udsigt og dejlig luft midt i storbyen. Daglig opfyldning af små fornødenheder til morgenmad. Vi følte os velkomne, godt behandlet og klar til at nyde feriedagene.

Nice accommodation with kitchen facility

I was impressed with the excellent service from Stefania during our accomodation. She was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen facilities were very useful to us. I was also pleasantly impressed with Simone contacting us even before us visiting the place. I will recommend this place to anyone visiting historical Roma

Room was booked with 4 adults and charges shown for 4 adults but the owner asked for additional charges since it was a triple room. I see his logic but it should have shown me proper amount for 4 adults since my booking is for 4. This was misleading and for the increased price I could've booked some other options as well.

Lovely place and helpful owner

Was a nice room with our own bathroom and a sharing kitchen which was fine.The owner came to clean the room every day and left some basic breakfast stuff in the room ( croissants,biscuits, milk bread cofe in the kitchen). The owner is very nice and helpful.she explained us about the area shops buses anything necessary. The area is.not exactly in the centre but with one bus u can get straight to the Plaza Venezia. I have nothing really to complain for that price.

Chambre propre et petit déjeuner correct, pour des personnes acceptant la cuisine et salle de bains communes. Accès train+bus+tramway à 15mn de la chambre à pied. Puis 15mn pour le centre ville de Rome en transport en commun.

chambre sur voix ferrée

nous avions réservé trois lits (trois adultes homme) il n'y avait qu'un lit double, il a fallut négocier pour un second lit et payer un supplément de 30€, le wifi promis n'était pas là, l'immeuble est juste devant une voix férrée et les trains déboulent à partir de 5h, on ne dort plus, bref un b&b que je déconseille

Fun in Rome

Stay was good. 10 minute walk to the street car and the last stop was piazza venezia. Place was really clean. We has a studio apartment. I wish they cleaned the balcony the same way. Overall I would recommend the place. There was place to sleep 4 ppl.
