Perfect location! 2 bedrooms apartment, A/C, W-FI

At a very short walking distance from Rome’s best preserved ancient highlight, really 2 minutes to the Pantheon, Casa Cornacchie is an apartment on the 1st floor of a historic building. Two bedrooms, with double or single beds - depending on your demand - can sleep up to four people. The first bedroom, with a wardrobe, is next to the hall, whereas the living room opens through a little passage to the kitchen. The living room has a round dining table and an additional armchair besides the sofa and TV, including few international channels. The kitchen is narrow but fully equipped, and it also has two stools. Along the passage there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. At the end, the second bedroom has one or two single beds, a desk with a chair and a closet. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are everywhere at Casa Cornacchie​. People have happened to live in this area from imperial times, through the Middle Ages, to modern times, so just come and take a place in history!



Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).

Check-out by 11 am

Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.



Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.



An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.



Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.



In this apartment, the following are not allowed:

- hosting parties

- smoking

- bringing pets

- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)



For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

Very Clean and had a lot of amenities that you could need. The host was very helpful when I needed help getting in when I first got there. This spot is in a great location that is in close walking distance to a lot of the attractions (Pantheon, Colosseum, Vatican, shopping, restaurants, etc.)

Amazing location and apartment

The apartment was lovely, it was located in a wonderful location with easy access to all the tourist sites. Great coffee shops all around and many places to eat. Easy access for taxi pick up as it was literally around the corner from the Pantheon. Owner was wonderful, allowing us to check out a little later. Definitely would recommend.

It was a nice spacious apartment and ideally located. Had all the comforts of home! Has an elevator to bring luggage up to the floor of the apartment. Very helpful for us old ladies.

Phenomenal Location in the Heart of it All!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The ability to walk to so many of our planned activities and an endless number of fabulous dining options was just what we wanted for our stay in Rome. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and we appreciated the A/C for the heat of August.

Adorable Flat & Great Location

This little apartment is in the perfect location, just around the corner from the Pantheon. We walked to all the major sights. The apartment was well appointed and very clean.

Amazing location

Clean, bright, beautiful location. Walking distance to all the best spots. The air conditioning worked great, the shower was great. The host was so nice, and the check in was flawless! She even sends a you tube video on how to check in. Hands down one of my favorite locations in Rome to stay!

Perfect location!

This apartment was just what we needed! It had enough room for our family of four and was centrally located. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain and there were numerous shops and restaurants along the way. The management was easy to get in touch with and helpful. I would absolutely recommend.

Great location

This apartment had an absolutely perfect location in the middle of all the major sights - which was great when we needed a break from the August heat. The AC worked great as well. As previous reviewers said it can be a little loud at times, esp in the morning - but nothing too obtrusive. The communication with the owners was great and they were super-quick to respond to any questions - would happily stay here again!

amazing location

The property was comfortable with a good bed. There is a second bedroom which we did not need but would be great for a family with kids. The best part of this property was the location. You are right around the corner from the pantheon which is amazing in the evening. You are 4 min walk from Piazza navona which is another great spot in the evening If you enjoy walking the Coliseum is a mile in one direction and the Vatican is a mile in the other direction. You could not be more central in Rome.

A fantastic location in a great neighborhood with wonderful eateries & patisseries. Walk to the Eiffel Tower in less than 10 min. Apartment was very nice and comfortable. The only complaint I have is we checked in at 10:30pm due to a delayed flight, & we couldn't get the lock box open, even 7 different people tried but no luck. The office closed at 10pm so we had no support. Finally after 90 minutes and other guests/residents trying, we had to pry it open...not happy....

I highly recommend this rental. The location is in the center of so much activity, in a central area close to everything and not even 3 minutes from the pantheon. The unit was cooled quite well during very hot days. There was enough hot water for my family of four to take back to back showers with no issues. The communication with the host was great, with all of my questions answered quickly. We were completely happy with this space.

This apartment is in an excellent location. It is very important to communicate with the owner when you were on the way from the airport and when you plan to arrive, as it would be very difficult to locate it and you need keys to get into the front part of the apartment building. The air conditioner works great, which is really important in the hot months, and we used the laundry machine to do wash as we needed it as well. The location of the apartment makes it really easy to walk and get to many places.It can be very noisy at night time and I believe trash pick up is during the nighttime as well, which can be quite loud. We had a white noise maker, which covered a lot of the sound, but if you’re a super light sleeper, it might be a problem.And most of all, the owner was very responsive and very pleasant. He met us upon arrival and showed us around the apartment and was very kind. I messaged him with a question about the coffee maker and he was also responsive while we stayed here.I recommend this place to stay, especially based on the location and you’re able to make your own meals if desired.

Daughter’s graduation trip

The property is very well located between old Rome and the Vatican. Most attractions are easily walkable. There is a very well stocked and easy to use supermarket a few steps from the apartment. Our biggest problem is that my daughter came down with a serious bed bug infestation. The bite marks are ridiculous. If you like taking Benadryl and worrying about spreading bugs across Florence and Venice this is the place to stay. Grrrrrr

Great Location, great managers

The property owners/managers were very attentive and great communication. We loved the location, so close to the Pantheon, plenty of restaurants, and so much more! We were able to get in to the apartment early, which was very nice. There was complimentary coffee and plenty of paper products. The property manager gave us a map and some ideas for what to do on our first day in Rome. I would recommend this place for sure.
