Perfect location! 2 bedrooms apartment, A/C, W-FI

At a very short walking distance from Rome’s best preserved ancient highlight, really 2 minutes to the Pantheon, Casa Cornacchie is an apartment on the 1st floor of a historic building. Two bedrooms, with double or single beds - depending on your demand - can sleep up to four people. The first bedroom, with a wardrobe, is next to the hall, whereas the living room opens through a little passage to the kitchen. The living room has a round dining table and an additional armchair besides the sofa and TV, including few international channels. The kitchen is narrow but fully equipped, and it also has two stools. Along the passage there is a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. At the end, the second bedroom has one or two single beds, a desk with a chair and a closet. Air conditioning and wireless Internet are everywhere at Casa Cornacchie​. People have happened to live in this area from imperial times, through the Middle Ages, to modern times, so just come and take a place in history!

Standard check-in: from 3 pm to 9 pm (With self-service check-in, guests can enter after 9:00 PM without any additional charges).
Check-out by 11 am
Upon request, we are flexible with check-in and check-out times, depending on the apartment's availability and cleaning requirements.

Check-in is self-service. To receive the access details, guests must complete the online form with all the required mandatory information. If the Italian Government introduces regulations prohibiting self-service check-ins, we will provide in-person check-in from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A late fee of €50 will apply for check-ins after 9:00 PM.

An extra fee for check-in in person of € 35 will be charged for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, Easter Sunday and August 15th.

Check-in is by self-check-in. It is MANDATORY for the guest to fill out the online form I will send when booking the property, providing their ID information as required by Italian law. Additionally, the rental contracts are included within the form, and signing them is mandatory. The form must be completed within 48 hours of the guest's arrival in Rome. Filling out the form takes about 5 minutes.

In this apartment, the following are not allowed:
- hosting parties
- smoking
- bringing pets
- making noise during quiet hours (from 10:30 pm to 9:00 am)

For children up to 3 years old, a travel cot is available upon request, at a cost of € 50 per stay.

Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. So close to the Pantheon and lots of shopping. It can be a little loud at night with the garbage pick up and nightlife. Lots of places to eat and little stores for snacks

Perfect in everything!

From the start the hosts were very communicative and helped with every step of getting to the place. Even while they were explaining the place and how to get in and out they would answer the questions I had in mind as if reading our very minds. Extremely helpful and friendly. Phenomenal Location in the Heart of it All!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The ability to walk to so many of our planned activities and an endless number of fabulous dining options was just what we wanted for our stay in Rome. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and we appreciated the A/C for the heat of August.

Family trip to Rome

We had a wonderful stay. The location was just a block away from the Pantheon, had a market around the corner and 2 blocks from Piazza Navona where we had our choice from dozens of restaurants. The beds were super comfy and the shower had great pressure which I did not expect. Highly recommend this location to anyone - especially a family of four (myself, husband, 2 kids - 4 & 9)!

This is a charming, nicely appointed apartment. It is an old building with many original features and bonus—an elevator. The host was very responsive. The best feature was the location—walkable to so many important historic sites, restaurants and coffee shops. We had the best time!

This apartment was just what we needed! It had enough room for our family of four and was centrally located. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Pantheon, and Trevi Fountain and there were numerous shops and restaurants along the way. The management was easy to get in touch with and helpful. The perfect flat for visiting Rome. Large 2 (bedrooms and large living room), equipped (AC in all rooms), clean and above all well located... 2 minutes from the Pantheon and 5 from Piazza Navona. I will rent it again when I return to Rome.

amazing location

The property was comfortable with a good bed. There is a second bedroom which we did not need but would be great for a family with kids. The best part of this property was the location. You are right around the corner from the pantheon which is amazing in the evening. You are 4 min walk from Piazza navona which is another great spot in the evening If you enjoy walking the Coliseum is a mile in one direction and the Vatican is a mile in the other direction. You could not be more central in Rome.

Lovely apartment in a great location

Location is everything, and this place couldn't be beat. We were visiting Rome, so we did not spend much time hanging around the apartment, but it was a perfect home base for our week. Comfortable bedrooms, it was easily able to accommodate our group of two adults and two children. Thank you!

Awesome location and very spacious property

This place had all the amenities we could have possibly asked for during our week long Rome stay. The location was absolute perfect as well. We easily explored using this spot as our home base. There was so much to see and eat nearby so when we’d come back in the evenings the fun didn’t have to stop. Appreciated the kitchen and 2 bedrooms. There was some noise in the evenings I think from neighbors and the street below, especially in the master bedroom, but for us we were so tired from exploring it wasn’t an issue. Management was quick to respond to questions and sent a great video for check in. We would absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to others as well.

Great location near the Pantheon

The main feature of this property is the location and that it has an elevator. Also, there is a good amount of space and everything you need is there. The decor is eclectic as if I were staying at one of my Italian relative's flats. This may not be to everone's liking, but overall it was great for me.

This apartment had an absolutely perfect location in the middle of all the major sights - which was great when we needed a break from the August heat. The AC worked great as well. As previous reviewers said it can be a little loud at times, esp in the morning - but nothing too obtrusive. The communication with the owners was great and they were super-quick to respond to any questions - would happily stay here again!

Very central location literally around the corner from the Pantheon. There are also many places to eat and pick up groceries in the same block. There were always police or security close-by I think because of the French church around the corner. Felt very safe. Great location!!! Fabulous Location and Beautiful Apartment

We met Andrea at the apartment—he was terrific—on time and full of good information and help. The apartment was perfect for our family with comfortable beds, a washer, nice bathroom and a helpful guide book. There were lots of outlets and extras in the apartment we haven’t seen in other apartments. The location is two blocks from the Pantheon...great restaurants, a supermarket and shops are only steps away.

When in Rome ...

This apartment is in the heart of historic Rome. Nestled between the Pantheon and the Piazza Navona, it’s difficult to imagine a better located place. It has an excellent kitchen and a serviceable bathroom that includes a washing machine. The apartment includes two bedrooms and a lounge room. Flavio gave us excellent advice to avoid tourist trap restaurants. There’s a supermarket just around the corner. In this home away from home, you can do as the Romans do.
