Prestigious Apartment at Via Barberini

The apartment, located on the second floor with lift, in an elegant building in Via Barberini and is furnished in a classic and exquisitely Italian style. It has three large bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, and a laundry room with washer and dryer.
The apartment is located at walking distance from Piazza Barberini, the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps and Via del Corso, making it perfect for a holiday with family or friends in the center of Rome.
This spacious and elegant apartment is located at walking distance from the Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and it is perfect for a big group of friends or for a family. It comes with 3 very large bedrooms, all of them have a small kitchenette and an en-suite bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and bidet. All the areas are very bright thanks to the big Italian style windows that overlook the elegant Via Barberini. The living and dining area features an equipped kitchen, a dining table for up to 6 people and a sofa.


Upon request, we can organize a transfer from/to the airport or station with our limousine service, Viano Mercedes and our trusted drivers.

In addition to this, we are happy to organize any type of extra service, such as a basket made up of typical products to accompany your aperitif, a birthday cake, a sweet or continental breakfast which will be delivered directly to your apartment.

Great Location and Beautiful Apartment

Beautiful apartment. Each suite was perfect for privacy, the common area and kitchen were very nice and fully equipped. Location was great for walking to most attractions. Nearby square (2 minute walk) offered many food and coffee options, along with convenient taxi stand. Francesca was so helpful with local recommendations. She worked to accommodate us on our early arrival. Would highly recommend!!

Excellent location for 3 couples

This was a great stay for 4 nights for 3 couples. Loved the views onto the street and the electric shutters gave privacy when desired. The rooms were very spacious and the location was excellent for those wanting walking access to tourist attractions and shopping. We appreciated the quick responses and also recommendation to have an interactive cooking class right in our apartment one evening.

Roman Christmas extravaganza!

The apartment was exactly as advertised and quickly became our home away from home! Tons of space for everyone to enjoy and the location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere and had lots of choice for local markets, restaurants, etc. The initial provisions provided were very welcome and a nice touch!

Great property and location

The place was so spacious. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were very large as was the kitchen. The place was modern and immaculate. The location was very ideal. A small comment about the livability for six adults is that the 'living room' does not allow for all of us to sit together and visit without bringing kitchen chairs into the hallway. We could have all sat together at the kitchen table though. The staff were very helpful both at check in and making arrangements to pick us up at the airport and to deliver us to the cruise port. I would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Rome.

The team, especially Joseph is a great helper. The location, size is very good. One drawback was that only one key was provided, so it was inconvenient to have to move with friends at the same time.

Really great place that actually contains three mini suites with a shared kitchen. Easy walk to trovi fountain and some good restaurants and gelato. Property management team was very easy to work with and very communicative. Even sent out laundry out when we couldn’t get the washing machine going. Overall a great experience!

Great Apartment in Central Rome

Our family of 4 had a terrific stay. The apartment is spacious and had everything you could ask for. The staff was very responsive. They helped us arrange for transportation from the airport the night we arrived and even stocked the refrigerator with sandwiches and drinks. The location is perfect. A close walk to a number of Rome's most popular tourist sites. There's a small cafe across the street and a grocery store nearby. Highly recommended.

Best location

We walked to all the major tourist attractions. The apartment seems to be smack bang in the middle of all the top sites. Was pleasantly surprised at the size of the bedrooms, had heaps of space with large comfy beds. The lounge could perhaps do with an update. The main couch is a pretty ordinary 2 1/2 seater that doubles as a pull out bed and there’s only one other sitting chair. We brought a chair from my bedroom to make a sitting circle. Overall the apartment met all our needs and we had a great time. Staff are very attentive and helpful when needed.

Spacious Apartment with Lovely Bedrooms

We were impressed with the size of the apartment, and the bedrooms were lovely. The location was good, it was easy to walk to the center of town. If the kitchen had a dishwasher, it would have been more convenient. The property manager was not as quick to respond as other property managers we have dealt with.

Amazing Location & Property

The property was gorgeous and exceptionally clean. The décor was exquisitely well-done ... first-class, while not overstated. The amenities accommodated our every need. The high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling French doors and curtains made us feel regal. The property epitomized 'being on holiday'. Our family consisted of six adults (two in their 50's; two 22 year-olds and two 19 year-olds). Plenty of space. Highly recommend!

Amazing apartment and extremely responsive staff

This apartment is as described, beautifully furnished, great location. But what is really so special is the service of the people who manage/own this apartment. They arranged for car service for two different arrivals at the airport and Annalisa was there outside the building to meet us when we arrived. And that was the level of service throughout our stay. Plus the refrigerator was stocked with all we needed for breakfast each morning. We have stayed in many rental,apartments throughout Europe and this was beyond doubt, the best of all. I recommend with no hesitation

In reviewing this property, all we can say is, it was amazing! The management team went over the top for our every need. The apartment was more than we could’ve expected, and it met every need. I would rent that apartment again and again! We had family we had friends we had meals we drank wine. We had a lovely lovely 31 nights! Beautiful apartment with great location

We stayed here in November 2022. The apartment is very large; 15 foot ceilings, clean, and a very comfortable place to stay. It is located walking distance to the city center, Trevi Fountain, Villa Borghese, and many other popular attractions. The owners are very cooperative and easy to communicate with. They arranged our transportation from the airport, and provided tour information. We recommend this apartment highly.
