Right in the heart of the old city - walk to all the piazzas - walk to the bridges and across to Trastevere - restaurants just steps from the apartment - on a quiet side street
A historical building in one of the best parts of Rome. You can walk anywhere in the historical centre. Lovely local designer shops and the best coffee-places in town are all nearby. A supermarket in 50 metres. Very quiet for such a central location. The apartment is small, but very well organized. In January it was warm and we had plenty of hot water. Olivia was very kind and caring. Thanks for an early check-in, it saved us after a whole night flight. We hope to be back soon!

Olivia was very welcoming and kind. She helped us with directions and was very accommodating. The communication was good for checking in, and the room is in a great location, close to everything.

Good place in a great location. Walkable to lots of sights in the city and near a lot of great restaurants. Host was very responsive and offered some cool local suggestions.
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Rome that gives you access to all of the major sites as well as good food, this is it. Owner is great at responding to questions. And clear about the stairs leading to the apartment. Definitely recommend.
The room was perfect for my short stay in Rome.
It is located where the major sites everyone comes to Rome to see, with plenty of restaurants located just a few minutes walk from the apartment.
I honestly think this property gives you the perfect area to experience Roman culture. Everything you need is within a short distance and all the major attractions are nearby. Olivia is easy to deal with and helpful when needed.
This apartment was in the best location! It is central to all the major sites and also on a bus line. There were so many shops, groceries and food options just around the corner. The apartment itself is small, with a small kitchenette, but has everything you need if your plan is to be out and about most of the time. Note that Rome Termini is not very close (especially with luggage) but it is an easy 20 min bus ride. Olivia was a great host and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed our stay.
Terrific place to stay, quiet and had everything we needed. Very close to Colosseum and Forum, was only a brief and pleasant walk. Good restaurants in the neighbourhood as well. Highly recommend this property, would stay here again!
Lovely studio close to all the touristy things, yet off the beaten path in a small neighborhood with lots of shops and cafes/osterias. Perfect for a couple on a romantic getaway in Rome.
The property was exactly as advertised, very clean comfortable and well-equipped. It's in a very central location for getting about on foot - both St Peter's and the Castel Sant'Angelo in one direction, the Piazza Navona, Campo dei Fiori and the Pantheon in another. Added to this is the frequency of buses serving the area.
An added bonus is a wonderful restaurant right next door - very good traditional cuisine, friendly service at extremely reasonable prices.
A very special mention must be made of the owner, Olivia. She was so quick to answer the simplest of questions - I was pretty sure I must have driven her to distraction with some of my queries, but she was patient, helpful and speedy with her replies. This all helped to make our stay in Rome a great success.
Very nice & clean, great location very close to everything. Only suggestion is more then 1 towel per guest. Host was in touch to help if we needed anything.
Excellent location, apartment was very clean and tidy and extremely well equipped, we couldn’t fault Olivia fantastic host, and owner of the apartment, can’t fault the place, brilliant location to all of the main tourist sites, very quiet even with us being located to a thriving popular location, we will be back for certain, thanks Olivia.
Central to all of Rome and it’s biggest attractions
Four days in Rome - great central location - could walk to everything in 30 or less. Olivia was helpful and quick to respond.

Check in difficult
What’s App did not work well. If another resident who knew the apartment had not happened by, we could not have gotten in. She was able to talk to the daughter of the owner in Italian and translate for us. In fairness, we were early and wanted to drop off our bags. Had that not been the case, the situation might have been different. We lived the location. We were able to walk to every place we wanted to go and the neighborhood was delightful with the shops and sidewalk cafés. We would recommend the property to anyone looking for such a location.
First, the apartment seemed bigger than it looked to me in the photos, a nice surprise. It was all clean and useful. Shower great. Kitchen nook work fine. Excellent location. High ceilings made it seem very spacious. Excellent host, communication easy and clear. Very glad we stayed here.

Great property! Walkable to main city sites. Abundance of eateries in area and a grocery store for convenience. Close to bus stop that will take you to and from Termini central station.
Would have given an excellent but could not because the sofa bed that is meant for child/teen (not an adult) was incredibly uncomfortable and hard - no cushion/mattress - my 7 year old son was unable to sleep on it.
Aside from my son’s sleeping situation, this place is a great unit and perfectly located.
If you’re renting a car, be aware, not easy to find parking around the area.
Host of property is quick to respond which is helpful.
It was great!
Lodging in a safe, quiet, upscale part of town that’s a few minutes walk from coffee places and restaurants. Easy to walk to the Trevi Fountain…
Olivia is very kind and easy to work with.
The price for three night’s stay was a steal!
The low down:
Italian key holes are particular and so is the lock! One key to open up the front door, one key to enter the duplex, and finally, one key to enter your lodging. After that was mastered, things go mostly smoothly.
The steps are worn down in the center and they slope downwards. The room is on the second floor and while you can take an elevator up to the first floor, you get to carefully walk to the second floor using the hand rails.
Plumbing is great…the ceilings are 15+ feet up in the room and then the bathroom shower and toilet area has a lower ceiling..It was a hassle for my six feet tall husband and 6’3” son. The corner of the water heating unit juts out…the shower area has a ledge overhead…
For the money, it was great to be in such a nice neighborhood. There’s also two stove tops and the small kitchen had a sink, utensils, pots/pans, and plates/bowls.
Suggested items would include a shower caddy, to prevent less bending up and down in a small shower, a kitchen sponge to clean the dishes, and more hangers, towel racks please.
Overall the property and location was a good choice. We were pretty close to everything and most if not all tourist spots were easily walkable. The apartment itself was nice and cozy with a pretty quiet street. Some issues we faced were the first night/morning we did not have any hot water. However, the host was quick to respond and fixed it quickly so not that big of a deal at all. The only problem with this was the host came into our apartment without any notice, which made us a little uneasy. Although we were out exploring at the time, they should have asked first as this was our place for the weekend, and we were only expecting us to enter in and out of the apartment. Then we had a problem with the Rome tax. We left €36 on the table the day before we were going to check out so we didn’t have to worry about it on check out day. After being out for the day, we returned back to the apartment and the money was gone. We searched the whole apartment, our luggage, everything and couldn’t find it. We contacted the host about this and she said that there was no one in the apartment during that time and then replied with a snarky comment that we did not appreciate. We ended up paying the Rome tax again with no trace of where our original money went. The last day/night of our stay left a sour taste in our mouth and made me rethink if this was the right choice.
