Great house directly on the Illinois River. Amazing view with a large deck to sit and enjoy all day long. The home is fully and newly furnished with everything that you will need to feel right at home. We had a great stay. The house was perfect. The pictures on the APP were spot on. It was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the views of the river and seeing bald eagles fly by every morning. It was spectacular. We will definitely be back for another stay.

Enjoyed the river views and barge traffic while staying warm and cozy indoors. Perfect size for a family of four. Close to grocery but remote enough to have a break from the hustle and bustle of city life. Jason was a good communicator and responsive when needed.

We so enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening. We even watched the carp jump the first night. Wish they would have jumped again. The home was well kept and just like advertised.

This house was perfect for our girls getaway weekend. The house was clean and comfortable. Right on the water and great for barge and bird watching. Great communication with the owners prior to our stay. Easy check in and out. Will definitely come back and stay again! Thank you so much!!

Wonderful location with beautiful views of the Illinois river. The barge traffic was fascinating for our grandchildren and us. Nice having a garage to park in and the bumper pool table, ping pong, and darts got a good workout. Lots of great activities a short drive away. We also enjoyed the large great room for dining, playing games, and chilling on the couch with a good movie. Would highly recommend.

This property is beautiful. It has everything you need along with a beautiful view. The owners are easy to communicate with. It is the cleanest place I have ever stayed. It was a perfect Thanksgiving get away. We were down for a basketball tournament and the location was great. If we ever come back to Illinois we will stay here!

Beautiful view! Communication with the host was great! My son enjoyed fishing and even caught a catfish. We enjoyed the deck and the fire pit. If we come back to Peoria we will definitely try to stay here!

My husband and I rented this beautiful river house to visit with our dear friends from Eurika Il on our road trip from Williamsburg Virginia to Mt Rushmore in South Dakota. It was clean, in a nice neighborhood, and it had a fantastic veiw of the Illinois River! The beds were very comfortable, it was easy to check in, and the host was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. It was very pleasant.

For three friends getting together for a golf holiday this was the perfect stay. The layout made it easy to relax as a group in the open family area or to retreat to the quiet of a bedroom. The kitchen had all that we needed. It is a bright, clean, and airy, home and the view from the decks is fabulous. Jason is a terrific host, quickly responsive and helpful. 5 stars all around.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. VERY well stocked, everything you could need or want. View was very nice. Master bedroom was private and quite large with it's own balcony. We love fishing and unfortunately didn't have much luck, but that's not the host's fault (LOL). Might want to consider a TV in the master bedroom, as our family and my husband and I have different viewing tastes. Would definitely recommend this home for any occasion.

We planned a girl's weekend for all the women in my family. This house looked perfect because the location was a mid-point for everyone, the view looked amazing & everyone could have their own bed. This is only my second time using VRBO but several of my family members use it regularly. The house was very nice. The host was very friendly & helpful. Amazingly, the hot water lasted for all 7 of us to shower. A huge plus! The home is right on the water so we had a wonderful view. Unfortunately, we didn't get to use any of the outdoor amenities like the fire pit, patio or grill because the whole time we were there the wind was incredibly strong. It seemed to only be that way at the house. Any time we left it was only moderately windy or not windy at all. Everything in the house appears to be new. This is nice except for the two twin beds. They are obviously brand new & so loud when you move in them that you wake yourself & the other person up. I'm not sure how you could fix this. I recommend using a white noise app to try to help drown it out. It may not even be an issue for kids. We made all the meals but one at the house. The kitchen is a great size & situated perfectly so no one is excluded. My aunt's who are more experience VRBO'ers said the cooking supplies were good but they usually have more in such large kitchens. Because it looks new, I assume this will get better with time. The only thing I needed & couldn't find was a rubber spatula & liquid measuring cup. The living room has a large sectional that fit all of us & there was plenty of room for games & puzzles at the kitchen table. Overall I would recommend this house to anyone, especially a large group, unless you wanted to do outside stuff. We came in April. Maybe the wind dies down later in the year?

For my first time renting a vacation home, words cannot express how amazing this place was. The house was beautiful and provided a very relaxing environment for my family and me. It was clean and tidy when we arrived, beautifully decorated and provided all of the basic amenities that we needed for a family of seven. The house was very spacious compared to being cramped into two hotel rooms for 7 days and enjoyed by all. It provided a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere on the Illinois River. My granddaughters loved watching the barges going up and down the river. Mr. Jason was an awesome host. He was easy to contact when needed and provided excellent customer service. Overall, the stay was very memorable, and we had an absolutely fantastic time staying at the house. We would definitely rent again when returning to Illinois.

Beautiful home and great scenery. We were in town for the Brad Wallin Memorial tournament, so we didn't get to enjoy the home as much as we wanted. If we are ever in the area again we will definately try and rent this place again.

This the second time me and my friends have stayed here and plan on coming back again. Very comfortable home with very comfortable beds! Plenty room for 6 of us to enjoy a weekend of scrapbooking and just relaxing. Thanks again for a great weekend!

My brother and our friends go on an annual trip for a few days to a different town/state to get in several rounds of disc golf. This year we decided to keep it in state and look for something close around the greater Peoria area. We saw the listing for this place and went for it and we couldn't be happier with our choice. The place is better than expected and the views outside on the Illinois River were spectacular. Jason had great communication throughout the process and was very accommodating to our group. If I ever need to spend a few nights back in the area, I would definitely look to book this place again!

House has a great view…..enjoyed the barges and other boat traffic! Very comfortable beds and bathrooms well-stocked with towels…..closets had an abundance of nice wooden coat hangers, also. Overall, a great place 😊
