  • The apartment is located at the top of Spanish steps in a charming middle '800 building and it is composed of 2 bedrooms, one completely independent over a mezzanine with its own bathroom (with shower) downstairs. The second in the mezzanine over the sitting room. In the sitting room there is a big sofa bed for 2 people. There is a second large bathroom and a completely furnished kitchen (dish washer, oven, washing machine). The apartment has autonomous heating, free WiFi, tv.
    Metro station "Spagna" is 2 min walking and taxi station is just at the building entrance.
    You will find in the best Roma area where you can easily reach all most famous monuments, museum. This area is very famous for the nice shop and elegant firm (valentino, Prada, etc.)

Great location in a stunning building, the host was very amenable with check-in times and allowing us to leave our luggage when we arrived rather than having to wheel it round Rome. Would certainly stay again if we were visiting Rome again.

Location, location, location—perfectly tucked just behind the Spanish Steps. The apartment was neat and tidy, and the host was easy and responsive to communicate with. Ideal for a vacation with older kids, especially with the loft-style bedrooms that give everyone a bit of their own space. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location is great! There's a lot of shopping and restaurants within steps from the apt. We were able to walk to all the tourist destinations, with the farthest being 40 minutes way. The apt is spacious and large. The owner responds to emails quickly. Definitely recommend staying here for the location alone.

Great location with access to all of Rome by foot.

We took the streets and were able to travel by foot to all of the locations we were looking for including shopping, restaurants, and historical sites. The wifi was quite fast and could be used to check on work and keep in touch with friends at home.

We couldn’t have lucked out more. This place was perfect for our stay and exactly advertised. The location was great, close to everything you might need, walkable to almost everything else.Eugenia as a great host. Very clear check in and check out instructions. Family trip to Rome

The location of the accommodation was fantastic, 50m or so from the top of the Spanish Steps and a great base for exploring the other sites. Communication with the host was also first class ensuring a seamless check-in. Accommodation was exactly as shown in the images.

We highly enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The location on the top of the Spanish Steps was amazing, the apartment was lovely, and Eugenia was very accommodating. She organized a transfer from the airport, allowed us to store our luggage earlier than the check-in time, and was very amenable to our last minute request to have two more family members stay in the apartment for one night. Highly recommend this property!

Spanish Steps mini stay

We loved staying at Eugenia’s property. It is in a prime location at the top of the Spanish steps and a great shopping area. Climbing the steps several times a day helped us shed some of the amazing food on offer in the area. The apartment was lovely and clean and a great place to relax after dealing with the crowds converging on Rome. Would definitely stay again and Eugenia was always available to assist via WhatsApp
