  • The apartment THE NUMBER 44 has an area of 130 square meters, all decorated and furnished with impeccable taste and charm, all equipped with all the comforts that you need to enjoy your stay, where maximum 7 persons can comfortably sleep if they are of the same family, or friends traveling together prefering being together rather than divide in 2 apartments. We offer 2 bedrooms with 2 private bathrooms, a third bed in the bedrooms if necessary, one sofa bed in the living room, a very well equiped kitchen opening on to a large private balcony with table and chairs for a summer dinner, air condition or heating, WiFi and satellite TV, washing machine, iron, as well as linens, towels free of charge, coffee, tea and sugar, shampoo and soap complementary as well.

    This is a great apartment that we rent for maximum 7 persons of the same family or group of friends traveling together.

Fantastic communication with host and check in very smooth. Great location near restaurants and shops. Stayed with children and elderly mother so being on a lower floor was great. The also left refreshments and water, which was very much appreciated after the long travel. Provided more than enough towels and sheets for all. One of the best experiences we have had with these type of rentals! Enjoyed having the washing machine with timer!

Wonderful property

We recently spent 4 nights in Rome and this property was perfect for our needs. It is close (20 minute walk) to the Vatican and there were many restaurants and cafes in the vicinity. The local property management was SUPER. They communicated wonderfully with us prior / during our stay.

Great Place to stay in Rome

This apartment is located in a great neighborhood in Rome. Our host was wonderful; very helpful with suggestions and quick to correct a minor issue with one of the showers. The rooms are large with a lovely private courtyard. We had easy access to everything needed. Very convenient location with restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend this apartment

Great Place Near Vatican

Nicely appointed apartment with plenty of room for me, my wife and my adult son who traveled with us. Really appreciated the en suite bathroom connected to the master BR, and the outdoor patio. What an incredible location! Our stay in Rome was absolutely unforgettable! The apartment was equipped with everything a traveller could wish for, making our experience even more enjoyable. Family wedding

We came to Rome with our daughter and her young family for our other daughters wedding. The apartment was perfect for our needs, very clean and spacious and the on site help from Ada was very helpful as was the advise given by Romula who manages the property.The property location is perfect for visiting all of Rome's famous sites and close to a very good public tranport link.

We really enjoyed our stay

This is a very nice place to stay while in Rome, and we may very well rent it for our next visit. The customer service was outstanding and responsive. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and easily accommodated the five of us. We never felt cramped for space. Romula was quick to respond to any questions I had, and she offered many great recommendations and help with arranging transportation to and from the airport.

Beautful Get-Away in Rome

A modern, well situated apartment in a quiet gated complex a short walk away from the Vatican and close to restaurants [Boris & Angelo's are two favs], and a large grocery store [Agora] for anything you need. Beautiful outdoor terraces and so many included amenities that were very much appreciated. Ava was great as the on-site rep and Romula was quick to respond to any questions or issues via WhatsApp. Highly Recommend!

Wonderful 3 day stay!

We throughly enjoyed our stay here! The listing was exactly as described in the listing. We had great communication before, during and after our stay. We were met upon arrival and shown the apartment. It is a wonderful little neighborhood with a cute gelato shop next door and a full supermarket around the corner. The king beds and 2 full bathrooms were perfect for 2 couples staying there. Thank you for making our visit to Rome even better in your home! This was our first time using Vrbo and we were very pleased with everything!

`I had the best time at this place. It was so clean and it was big enough for my entire family. The apartment had all the amenities we needed to make homemade meals and to make sure that we had clean laundry. There were many stores nearby as well as restaurants. We had no problem getting taxis to the places we needed to go and public transportation was easy and accessible. I will definitely stay here again. Communication was so easy and they answered any questioned we needed any time of the day. Thanks so much again!!

The condo was great, clean, and close to most attractions. The condo could use a few things, such as an electric coffee maker (there was only a press coffee machine, which none of us knew how to use, and no instructions). New shower heads would be good too. But Romula was very helpful and Fabio was a great driver. Thank you.

Three Days in Rome

Our host was at my fingertips from the time I booked this apartment to the day we left. The apartment was clean and well equipped. The location was convenient once you learned how the bus system worked, and the bus stop was 5 minutes from us. That part of Rome has been trashed so badly, that I was surprised. I’d been before and didn’t remember it to be so. But Vatican City and the Colosseum area are fairly clean for the tremendous amount of tourists.

Excellent Apartment for Family or Couples

Our experience was great. Communication by What's App with Romula was very good so we could plan our stay and things in area. Upon arrival we were met by Ada who was very friendly, gave us a quick tour and the keys. Apt was spotlessly clean with nice living room and two large bedrooms (larger than any we normally see in Europe), good closets, room for luggage, and the AC worked very well. Hall and en suite bathrooms were both great with good showers and very good water pressure. Kitchen had the utensils and cookware needed to eat breakfast and even dinner. The basics were taken care of which was great. Apt came with paper towels (really important - Americans LOVE paper towels), toilet paper, laundry soap, dish soap, etc. and even some nice goodies like light breakfast toast, jellies and coffee for stovetop espresso maker (only). The backyard patio was perfect for a meal out of the sun. As we just got off a 8 day cruise, it was great that the apartment had a small washer out on the patio, and a drying rack. The apt is next door to a good gelato shop, a few restaurants, and a short walk to a city bus stop. Any city bus heading east on via Gregorio can drop you at the Roma St Peter stazione, St Peters Square, or near Castel San Angelo. (From there I suggest walking or using a taxi as the buses were crowded and not timely.) Tonnarello in Trastevere was fabulous (well worth the wait in the line to get in!) Overall, we had a wonderful stay, highly recommend!
