Room was clean with a small bathroom. There is a shared kitchen, and one thing to know it is on the third floor with no elevator. You will have to use three electronic locks to access the property and then key for your room. The area has lots of restaurants and shopping and it is pretty close to the Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Pizza Navona.

This is a nice stay in a convenient location. The rooms were big. The interior was a bit outdated but in good condition and clean. There is a common area with a kitchen which was great for making some tea and light meals. This isn't a full service property so towels were changed every 3 days or so. Overall this was a good deal for the price and location being so close to the city center of Rome.

Hotel und Toplage und sauber - mehr nicht

Als wir ankamen roch unser Zimmer sehr stark nach Rauch. Eigentlich wollten wir gar nicht dort bleiben, aber was anderes zu finden war nicht sehr einfach. Das Bett war relativ hart, aber keine dünnen Matratzen. Der Verkehr draußen ist sehr laut, sodass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Wenigstens war alles sauber und das Zimmer würde täglich gereinigt. Man sollte Ohrstöpsel dabei haben und nicht geruchsempfindlich sein.

Fin lille lejlighed i Top Floor Navona

Vi har haft nogle rigtig gode dage midt i Rom by. Gaden er stille og rolig og ligger i et pænt kvarter. Eneste “problem” vi mødte var, at vi trods flere henvendelser i hotelreceptionen som ligger et andet sted i byen, gik forgæves. Der var ingen til stede. Dialogen, herunder udlevering af check- in oplysninger, foregik pr. mail. Det er også fint - bare man ved det i forvejen.

De ligging was perfect. De bedjes spartaans. Voor het karige ontbijt moesten we een kwartier lopen. Daar hebben we na twee dagen van af gezien. Een taxi bellen voor vervoer naar de luchthaven werd ‘vergeten’. Dat is slordig.

Excelente ubicacion

Excelente ubicacion cerca de casi todo.... incluso un minisuper y una parada de camion (70). La habitacion bastante limpia y comoda. Bastante seguro el barrio.

Good location and reasonable "everything else"

It's certainly in a very central location and despite that is still pretty quiet. Don't get me wrong - the room is pretty good - but there are few niggles that they could fairly easily sort out: the mattress is long since past the time when they need to replace it for example and they make it quite difficult to pay the local room tax which even after we managed to do so they sent us a threatening email saying we hadn't and they were going to report us to "Roman authorities" (they did later apologise for that). Or there were 300+ channels on the TV but they didn't have one english language channel so we could watch any news - not the end of the world, but it would have been nice. But overall it's a nice room and it's a good location and when you deal with the service people face to face (apart from seeming very harassed and over-worked) they seem very nice and personable.

Top Marks for Top Floor Navona

Rachel and Martina made telephone calls for us when our voucher did not arrive when expected, printed tickets for us (we were unable to print from our laptop computer), showed us the best route to attractions, and did everything to make us feel welcome. The only thing I would suggest is a microwave oven in the communal kitchen.

Seng og badeværelse i dejlig lokation

Dejlig lokation, er blot et værelse med en seng og et badeværelse. men du har som sådan heller ikke brug for mere. Dejlig central placering, men husk det tager ca. 10 minutter at gå hen til morgenmad stedet, og er som regel i den "forkerte" retning. Du skal have adgang til Google Maps eller lignende for at finde det og hoved receptionen, ellers skal du være dygtig i hvert fald. Lidt langsom WIFI. Du kan ikke lave mad i køkkenent, maksimalt have lidt brød og pålæg liggende samt koldt vand.

Godt sted og venligt personlae

Det var et meget behageligt ophold. De kom med det samme og lukkede os ind til værelset, selvom vi kom for tidligt, gjorde meget nydeligt rent og var meget hjælpsomme. Området var desuden dejligt at bo i.

Excellent location, very clean.

Really good location and nice clean hotel. Only issues were that we didn't receive the email before arrival (it went to junk) telling us how to check in so we were standing outside waiting for over an hour. Bed was also very uncomfortable

Bra läge och fräscht rum

Trevligt hotell! Dock inte tydligt att det ej fanns reception på just Top Floor, utan på ett annat ställe 5 min därifrån. Information om att mail kommer skickas med koder till Top Floor hade varit bra. I övrigt var det väldigt fräscht på rummet, och luftkonditionering som var guld värt eftersom vi var där i augusti och det var 35 grader varmt... Minus på att de ej bytte handdukarna varje dag, fick inte heller påfyllning av toalettpapper eller nescafé, utan fick leta upp detta själv i korridoren utanför rummet. Bra läge, ca 5 min från Pantheon.

WIFI不是每台行動裝置都能連線，客服專線服務人員很兇... 配合供應早餐的咖啡店很遠(900M)...沒有很值得期待(ALWAYS牛角麵包) 沒有電梯 需扛行李 然後收的城市稅有點高 但是有小廚房和冰箱很方便 冷氣也很涼 附近有超市 有公車牌 很方便 附近景點也很多
