Located in a quiet area but a few steps from the main services (bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks).
Just 800 meters from the Metro C "Graniti", just 4 km from the Monte Porzio Catone motorway exit (A1).
The apartment is large and bright. You have access to the large terrace from several windows, equipped at the entrance with a coat rack and luggage storage room.
Extremely well-kept kitchen with coffee machine (with pods), microwave, oven and dishwasher. All rooms are equipped with TV. Possibility of adding a camping bed for children. Air conditioning. Washing machine.
