"I was greeted warmly at the front desk and advised that I had received a room upgrade! Our room was clean and spacious with a fridge and a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable too. Self-parking was easy with access to the hotel via a lift. We were centrally located in Locarno and close to the waterfront walkway which made for a pleasant evening walk. We were offered a 10% off coupon for breakfast but did not end up using it. Friendly hotel - we would definitely stay there again!"

"The whole stay was wonderful. Exceeded expectations in every way. Food was amazing quality & reasonably priced. Breakfast had everything you need and so fresh. Views and spa facilities were incredible. Couldn’t recommend enough. I am gluten free and only had to tell the restaurant once. The next day they remembered, freshly made gluten free bread every day. Gluten free nibbles with drinks. Perfect. Massive shout out and thank you to Luca P who made our last meal so special. Very attentive and attention to deal was second to none. "The room was clean, modern and the electronic blackout shutters were appreciated. Check in and issue of electronic room keys was straightforward. The bistro downstairs was friendly and lively. It would be useful for the hotel to provide instructions on the lighting as the system was not very intuitive. The safe did not work - a small inconvenience. "
