Well located for all of the local facilities but not at all noisy due to newly installed glazing.Comfortable beds with quality bedding and nice fluffy towels. A perfect home from home for us whilst attending a wedding at nearby Hexham house. Wasn’t overly impressed with the non-refundable truvi charge of 10 to verify my details as a longstanding Vrbo user but didn’t impact on our stay which was excellent."
