"The handicap rooms are way to far from the elevators ‼️ I’m handicap and I have walk a very long distance with my cane from the parking lot to front desk to the room. Not a single wheelchair or scooter to held me get to the room. Also as far as the bed and room every thing else was perfectly great "

"Our stay was atrocious. The bed was slightly misaligned with the box spring. The shower got me drenched with water, i can go on and on. LOL I'm just kidding. Our stay was FANTASTIC!!!!! Don't listen to these other reviews left by karens and kevins. The Spark was great, Sophie was so helpful during our check in, my dad needed a toothbrush because he forgot his and she had one on deck (it was packaged and sealed don't worry karens). The beds were super comfortable; the room was clean and extremely spacious. Shower was on point. I WOULD ABSOLUTLEY stay here again. Well done Spark and staff. You earned a customer for life."
