"Hotel was actually average but it was right downtown Queens close to Citi Field. Currently being remodeled — service was great — Jerome (manager) gave us directions to Citi Field!! Room was exceptionally clean — hallways, elevator areas needed assistance but think they are currently remodeling!!"

"Not only was the water from the shower head going in ever direction because it was so gross from lack of cleaning, but there were 2 cockroaches found in the bathroom. The beds were comfortable, but since the bathroom was not clean I would have to question the cleanliness of the beds. I'm just glad this was a one night layover or I would have sought another place to sleep! I can't say too much for the staff as we only spoke with the front desk girl who was nice enough. Seriously, I'm not sure...
