"There needs to be more information about the walk in tub for those of us who are newbies. Also, the water temperature for the shower are in the opposite places. The trash can cabinet could be labeled to make it easier to find. safety bars would also be a great addition for those of us who are advanced in years or handicapped."

"Property is off the highway enough to be peaceful, but 30 minutes or less to anything you need. Loved the Texas decor-longhorn horns, cowhide. Plenty to watch on tv, grounds are nice. Didn't use the fire pit-June just isn't the right season. Washer/dryer were great for our two week stay. Wayne was attentive and often there taking care of the grounds. Took advantage of the dinosaur park and the state park as well as an indoor play park with our grandchildren. Pricing puts this place at a bargain."

"We loved our time and stay at River RV. It was so peaceful and quite. Our host Curtis was very friendly and helpful. The RV was well stocked, clean and had everything you needed to feel and be comfortable. The scene from the RV to the river was beautiful, mowed and well kept. We enjoyed the sounds of birds, and the neighborhood was so peaceful, and only a few minuets from town. "The property description is just as it appears in real life. The house is definitely well cared for and has high tech functionality mixed in with its wonderful decor. Everything you need is within a 20min drive and there is plenty of kitchen to load up for your stay. The heated pool was awesome at night and the bedroom/bathroom situation was perfect for 4 families.. Definitely worth it."

"Awesome house with so many activities. Great for a family stay or a weekend with good friends like I just experienced. Clean, spacious, private and excellent hosts. Indoor pool was perfect to get out of the Texas heat. Highly recommend and would stay there again. Five Stars!"

"My husband and I needed a secluded getaway to decompress, and we wanted to take our 2 dogs. The Catus House was perfect for our needs. A fenced back yard, large porch, and the house was very cute and well stocked for our needs. Love the ice machine! The Dog Box was great and our Border Collie had fun opening the lid to rummage for a toy. Location is close to Bastrop State Park, which we daytripped to. Nights are very peaceful. Highly recommend and we hope to return!"

"My family stayed here for a family reunion. The house is even better than the pictures on VRBO. We've stayed in lots of VRBO's and this is right at the top. I literally have nothing negative to say, all positive. The house was clean, kitchen well stocked, everything worked (including the pool and hot tub), etc. Also, communications with the property manager was awesome. Response was usually within 8 hours of my question. If you're ever looking for a unique and awesome place to stay, this is it!"
