The value for the price is excellent. The location is great and I love that it is pet friendly, however the only drawback to that is a garage can located near a side entrance door that also supplies the bags for pet dropping made it a bit stinky as you enter. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this for the value.

We have friends in Montecito that we visit each year, so we've stayed in quite a few hotels in the area over the years. There is only one other place that we'd stay at again, based on the comfort level of the room. The other one is closer to Stearns wharf and the beach, but a little too far from our friends.

While the Montecito Inn is a favorite destination having stayed a half a dozen times over the years, some elements are starting show a bit of wear and tear. In our cozy room both the bedroom cabinetry and bathroom hardware were in quite poor operation. A little TLC on these items could go a long way to move my review from 4 stars to 5.
But the cleanliness, staff, and surrounding area continue to draw us back to this property. We love the secluded pool and jacuzzi, as well as the lobby sitting...

We booked a two night stay so there was a gratis breakfast basket waiting for us in our room--the homemade banana bread is just like mom used to make! We loved our stay at Casa Iglesia! We had our wedding at the Santa Barbara courthouse nearby, it was the perfect distance just a short drive down the street and perfect aesthetic for pictures. Overall, a lovely place would highly recommend.

The room was clean and the staff ( especially Lee) was very friendly and helpful. The happy hour and breakfast were great and it was nice to have free bikes to go riding around the neighborhood and waterfront. There was a nice pool, although it was too chilly for us to use it. The only negative is that the water had a sulfur smell.
