"The condo was clean and modern. The location across the street from the beach is perfect! The only drawback was that it was uncomfortably warm upstairs in the bedrooms, even with fans. There is no AC and the weather was particularly hot for Carpinteria this past week. We enjoyed our stay otherwise!"

"Beautiful views of the ocean from the loft and the outdoor patio. We were lucky to see a pod of dolphins swim by during our stay. The place was very comfortable and super clean. The kitchenette had all the basics—Nespresso machine, beverage refrigerator, and microwave. I would recommend they add measuring cups/spoons and some mixing barware to the kitchen items to make it even better. We definitely enjoyed our time there! Thank you."

"We enjoyed ourselves very much at this property. We loved the proximity to the beach and all of the amenities such as beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, board games and a wagon to haul our beach items. The property manager Ruta also gave us solid tips on where to eat & what locations to visit. It was an all around enjoyable stay."

"We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and felt very private. The host was very responsive when we needed a couple extra towels. We really took advantage of the two outdoor sitting areas. This rental is in a fantastic area between Carpinteria and Santa Barbara. We would stay here again for sure!"

"Such a beautiful beachfront home! Our stay was flawless - this was the perfect rental for our small family to enjoy Carpinteria for a week. We loved waking up to ocean views and the sound of the waves every morning, and walking directly onto the sand with our coffee. Our son loved being able to play out front in the sand while we were inside and could still keep an eye on him. The interior is clean, beautiful, and has perfect beach house vibes. The kitchen is very well stocked, and the house has plenty of towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys. Samantha was very communicative and kind. We would definitely stay again!"

"Spectacular stay!! This place is a sparkling gem- absolutely stellar - stunning ocean and private, gorgeous beach steps away from the house - with the most romantic train passing by! The apt itself is luxurious-feeling - super comfy bed, great beach-themed interior design (loved it!), clean, delicious shower with sitting bench, pet-friendly. Amazing good vibes and positive energy infused in this home! We didn't want to leave - one of my favorite, special getaways ever! Sunsets are magnificent too - next time we will catch the dolphins, passing by on the ocean nearby! Jeff and Kristi are wonderful people - generous and helpful. This stay was pure bliss for us - it would be an honor, joy and pleasure to come back soon! Thank you, we appreciate and love you, Jeff and Kristi!"
