"Clean place to stay "

"This was our second time staying at this property and we hope to go back! It is such a beautiful, peaceful place. The property manager, Natty, couldn't have been more helpful or responsive. He made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us frequently. The unit was clean, spacious and well equipped. The outdoor space was so pretty a quiet. Thank you, Natty! "

"Yes, easy access to outside, but difficult that you only allow 1 dog, I have one dog who is almost 17, she can't see much and can't hear, so we have a little 2 yr old dog who is only 7 lbs, and she is sort of the 'guide dog' for the older one - she follows her so she knows where to go. so I needed to have them both there. Also, I was not aware there was no AC in the very cute cottage. There was no regular coffee maker, and when I tried to use the Keurig pod type thing it didn't work. Finally, I am not a 'streaming' TV person, and since there was no 'cable' I really couldnt use the TV. So that is why we left after 1 night, and moved into Montecito. "

"Cozy and well appointed room, very clean. Love the beach access and proximity to restaurants. Ventura and Santa Barbara are within easy driving distance. The trains passed infrequently and were short in length. Similarly, the road is fairly busy with trucks passing by but the noise isn't much louder than the ocean and is mostly limited to daytime hours (we slept well every night). The back half of the lower deck is the outdoor area assigned to this unit. The listing pictures show a patio dining set but it was actually a pair of comfortable beach loungers and a large umbrella during our stay. Tall plants offer some privacy between the front rental unit's portion of the deck. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would love to return for a future visit!"
