"We loved staying in a small town for a month with access to everything. This beach house had everything you need and way more! Wonderful for dogs and easy to keep clean. It was clean and tidy and had every amenity we could want. We made great use of the bicycles. For us coming from the mountains, the train was fun for a couple of weeks and then felt loud to us. But overall, it added to the vibe of being close to the coast.Thank you for opening your home to us."

"Clean, functional rooms with easy access to walk or drive downtown (Linden Ave) or to the strip mall next door with groceries and coffee. Room did not have a hair dryer, which was a surprise, but I was able to borrow one from the front desk"

"We had a wonderful time. The setting was rather early California Mission Style. Adorably cute. decorated wonderfully. Comfortable beds and large room. Coffee in the lobby was excellent."

"The condo was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay in beautiful Carpinteria. It was only a block from the beach and a short walk to lots of great restaurants and shops. We hardly needed to use our car. A wonderful surprise was the EV charger in the parking area for our electric vehicle. We also took the train a couple times to Santa Barbara. We walked to the train station - it was very easy and relaxing! Chris was very quick to answer any questions. We hope to come back someday! "
