"Such a great apartment located in a very central area of Carpinteria. The walk to the beach was a few blocks away, but we just use our wagon and it didn't feel like an overwhelming walk. With younger kids, you may want to park closer to the beach. It was nice to go downtown or go grocery shopping and not have to drive, just a short walk. The apartment was super cute and very clean. We definitely enjoyed our stay there and hope to come back again soon! "
"There was a leak into this condo the day before our arrival so our host moved us to a very nice house a couple blocks away. A wonderful upgrade but we weren't changed more. We really appreciated her taking care of us. Had a great time. "

"The condo was beautiful and very well furnished. The deck was great to sit with morning coffee and evening cocktails. This is a family friendly building on a public beach, not very private or quiet. That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. "
