"The place was as pictured and in a quiet and safe appearing neighborhood. The only thing that was not as expected was the cleanliness. There was debris in the doorway which I might expect in a lower level apartment, but it was throughout the kitchen and sitting area, I swept up 2 nails and a good size pile of debris. The bathroom had not been cleaned, there were dried water spots with toothpaste, I had to clean the bathroom before using it, including the toilet. There was a dirty coffee cup and...

"This is a great spot to stay with a group of friends or family. The apartment is lovely and the hosts were great. They answered questions quickly and sent plenty of information before the trip about the area. It was a great visit to Chicago and I will stay here again."

"Highly recommended. The property was tastefully decorated, clean, supplied and comfortable. We found it as it was described, the stairs to the upper apartment, indeed would not accommodate anyone with a handicap or very elderly. We enjoyed our stay visiting family and seeing sights in Chicago. Parking is a little tricky but our host was kind and a good communicator. We would definitely stay there again."

Very nice neighborhood , the only thing that was wrong was the hot water pressure, also we felt like we couldn’t enjoy our stay because they would message us about the noise from the tv and us talking so we spent most of our time outside the place . But it is a very nice place to stay ! I would stay again if needed the host was very nice ."

"This apartment fit our needs perfectly. The room sizes are generous and the kitchen is appropriately set up for short term stays. The Owner was responsive and extremely easy to work with. The apartment is located in a good area with very good access to major roads, shopping, services, etc.. We really enjoyed our stay"

"A very comfortable two bedroom first floor house with a full kitchen and laundry facilities. The kitchen had everything you would want and we made use of making breakfast and lunches there while my daughters were at a music festival at SeekGeat stadium. It is very close to public transportation - about a block walk to the 307 bus line. The JewelOsco is right across the street which made for easy shopping. Just a short walk to Starbucks, Dunkin’ and restaurants made for a nice walk and beautiful...

"Great location with two master suites with king beds. Breakfast buffet was good. Next time I will request first floor as there is no elevator."

"Great unit! Spacious and clean. We were able to have the best family mini vacay sharing tons of laughs and memories. I believe it is family owned, which is a bonus for us. We even crossed paths with the grandmother who was very kind and accommodating. The only downside was that the neighborhood looked a bit rough in the harsh light of day. However, we only encountered polite neighbors and an adorable doggo next door."
