"Communication with the host was top notch. She responded in a timely matter each time and explained in detail any question I needed answered.We did have several issues regarding our stay. The listing did not state that the property had no elevators to the 3rd floor where our room was located. We had to drag very heavy luggage up 3 flights. Some of the blinds were damaged as well.
