Luckily I had a key. A phone number was at the door, but for international travelers without a phone, this is a big problem."

"Great location. Easy to walk to the Main Street which is where most of the hustle and bustle of Heidelberg is. Staff was not overtly friendly but were not outright rude either. The room was clean but ours had slanted ceilings so we had to duck a lot to avoid hitting our heads. "
