I also appreciated the breakfast with lots of variety to choose from. What really stood out, though, was the exceptional customer service. "So geht Top-Hotelerie: - fantastische Lage in einem alten Dominikanerkloster mit langer Hoteltradition, - exzellenter Service, - sehr schoene, extrem grosse und hochwertig ausgestattete Zimmer (mit Seeblick & Balkon), - fantastisches Fruehstueck, - sehr gute Kueche im hauseigenen Domikaner-Restaurant und der Zeppelin-Bar, - gute Parkmoeglichkeit direkt am Haus (gebuehrenpflichtig) und nahe am Bahnhof gelegen, - sehr kurze Wege in die Konstanzer Altstadt und zum Stadtgarten bzw. zum Hafen mit Katamaran-Service nach Friedrichshafen (Zeppelin- und Dorniermuseum). Ein Haus der Spitzenklasse, das zeitlis elegant und modern ausgestattet ist. Das Team war rundum fantastisch und sehr bemueht, perfekten Service zu bieten. Danke auch an Herrn Breitling fuer die tollen Topps zu Museen und Sehenswuerdigkeiten. Wer sich und/oder andere verwoehnen will, ist hier richtig - freu mich schon auf das naechste Mal!"
