"Very impressed with our stay. Even though it is very retro looking, lots of modern touches to it. It was warm with the heater going and it held the heat well. The gaps between the bannisters were a little wide and my almost 5 year old could easily sneak through them, which was a worry upstairs. Apart from that, very comfortable stay and cosy on a winters night. Great communication from the owner too."

"This is the second time we have stayed here, as it’s perfect for our family get togethers. We had 3x family groups accommodated with plenty of space inside, good mix of sleeping options, good kitchen and play area outside for kids. Walking distance to lake and town. We’ll be back again and would definitely recommend it to others."

"Great location, all the items you need in a household and then some. We walked all around town. Brilliant weather. Only downsides were lack of info re carparking had to park on the street, given wrong pin no for key box. Fans in bathrooms on constantly."
